Hello! So I'm trying to cancel my account, I've found the cancel button but whenever I click on it, it does NOTHING. It wont load to another page or anything. Please cancel my account and subscription and stop auto-renewal .-.

First you got to quit your subscription.

That's what I'm trying to do but as stated, it won't work! The button to cancel my subscription wont work.

And when the button finally works, it comes up with this message after I've filled out the survey:

Thank you for your response!
You may not cancel your membership at this time.
Your membership will not be cancelled until you click below.


And yes I clicked the button below, but it popped up with that message again.

That usually means there's a payment pending. Sometimes because your new month is about to start, sometimes because a past payment failed, so it keeps trying. If it's the first, and you are okay with having the subscription renew, then just wait a couple of days and try again (you will be able to keep the remaining days that you paid for). If you don't want to be charged, or if it's more likely to be a problem with your payment, then contact customer service directly using the /contact form.

There's also info in the Help/FAQ Knowledgebase -- if you've been paying via iTunes or PayPal it's especially worth taking a look there.

A payment has already been taken today, this morning infact, which is why I'm trying to cancel though, I'll try and wait a couple of days and try again though

Hi I'm trying to cancel my account as well as I'm just not using it right now. I've already been charged this month but everytime I click to cancel the subscription it just brings up a page that says the page I want is not found.
