A person's value is determined by the people that see that individual, and their individual beliefs. How I value someone is different than you would based on our different life experiences. So to say whether all human life is valuable is both yes and no. There are people who believe that a single person has value and others that would say that they are worthless, both are correct and also incorrect at the same time. I believe all human life is important, in that their life effects and alters every persons life that they interact with in some way good or bad. But as to the original question value is based off of what a consumer will give for that object and I believe that for every single person there is at least one person that would give everything they have up to and including their life for them which gives them value.

For the most part, yes I do. Human life should be valued but there are certain people who do such terrible things that their lives no longer have value. For example, terrorists, murderers, rapists and peadophiles shouldn't be valued at all.
