My parents buy me beer sometimes, and there's always alcohol at parties, so yeah, I've tried alcohol. I like schnapps the best
I don't see anything wrong with underaged drinking as long as you don't go overboard. A bit of alcohol once in a while is okay.

eh. everyone does it anyways. i think as long as people are older than 15 can handle it but the body is not fully developed so i would ask a doctor. haha

I don't like the taste of beer much, no.

A lot of my friends drink. I've been having internal conflicts with myself, and now I don't think I care anymore about drinking. I used to really want to.

Sometimes I'm really crazy in real life so it's been brought up. Every year, there's some MUN (Model United Nations) Club and a trip to Ohio for debates and related matters... and I hear half the people there are in it for the party in Ohio, which involves drugs and alcohol and whatever else. But some of them can't remember anything from after they started feeling it and then they do some crazy shit.

I actually have fun watching them. Heh... though I wouldn't want to be the person doing that.

Though everything in moderation, really. I don't know exactly how much is in moderation. If I was in an environment where I wouldn't do something highly embarrassing in front of a large amount of people/the wrong people, I'd experiment. Yeah. Though that's... pretty much impossible now.

while living in america i noticed some strange stuff, like you can drive at 16, but it is illegal to drink until 21. In croatia you can drink at any age, and basically wherever you want. So I noticed that in america older people (21 and above) tend to behave more idiotic and immature while drunk then in croatia, where drinking is considered "childish" after colledge. (you finish it around 22). So I think that maybe it is better to drink while younger, coz it makes you experience all the "immature" things earlier, and those experiences make you better person later on. At least you learn how to drink.

Well, I'm not a supporter of underaged drinking. but do I do it?

well, yes.

no no, don't call me a hypocrite just yet, I never said i was completely against it.

the first time I probably tasted beer was around five, my grandfather used a chopstick and dipped it in and let me tasted it ---- I hated it.

as for whine, I've always been allowed to drink it at a young age, but normally not much---maybe a small cup or two? in later years of my life (right now) i'm allowed to drink as much whine as I want long as I don't get drunk, and I normally just drink a wine cup full.....

yes I know its illegal in Canada, but its better off letting kids try than to let curiosity get the better of them.

I know most people stereotype American teenagers about drinking. I don't really have a say on that, but...keep in mind its not completely true.

here in Canada, you're not allowed to drink...I think it was 19? or 21?... because of the problems and health effects it can cause, for example, every time you get drunk your brain gets effected and ages more, if you start drinking at age 14 and gets drunk every often---by the time you're 18, you would have a brain physical brain of a 40 year old. ---- thats one example.

I'm sure everyone---or most people--- have gotten people to go to their school and talk about drunk driving with them, you may or may not remember them---but I do. According to statics every FIVE hours in Canada a teenager dies because of drunk driving----thats' only in Canada, the 2nd biggest country in the world with the population of 32.5 million people. ------- now think about America, and you do the math to how many lives get effected by drunk driving.

thats' why I'm not a supporter of drinking at young age, because we're dumb, we get effected by alcohol easily and screws up. -------- keep in mind, i drink sometimes but I NEVER get drunk or ANY where close to getting drunk.

well im 19 and i drank and smoked pot and did drugs since i was 12 and in grade seven, and let me tell you it feels good while your doing it.. but all of the stupidest things iv done have been while drunk. (drinking and driving and hurting my dads car and myself, yelling at girlfriends for stupid things with little or no reason o_o dont b scared girls lol =P , wasteing all my money and not being able to do things i like. it can acually steal a great deal of your life by money or stupid dicisions. It can turn your family against you and turn you against yourself, but if done safely iv also had many good times drinking with friends and at partys. not many good things to say about it besides i like the taste.. makes girls f'in horny( i dont care what you say its true lol)

and also i had never grown increasingly violent and getting into fights near as much until i started drinking. i faught way too much in junior high and high school over stupid things, yet Older people do not get into much fights either cause they dont want 2 or because there lazy. i know it kills brain cells but brain cells multiply and grow every day adding like thousands of new ones.. that study that was done was probably put in by a old mom who doesnt want younger people to drink ( or have any fun at all for that matter) so i dont respect that comment. by your judgement i should have the brain of what.. a 50 year old? but i find i am a little more intelligent then that. did you know when you Sneeze some brain cells die? did you know if your burp you kill some braincells? they die and grow more every day. that study is Dumb. lol

It's not bad if underaged kids try, as long as there is adult supervision. However, the teens' bodies are still developing and substances like alcohol and drugs can have rather negative effects on their bodies. I find teens that think that comsuming ridiculous amounts of alcohol will make them grown-up and/or hardcore are pathetic and stupid. No mercy should be given to those who drink and drive. However, I cannot change somebody, so for those who choose to drink until piss drunk, ENJOY YOUR LIVER DISEASE. And good luck getting a new liver for a liver transplant.

I don't drink. Personal preference.

If drinking wasn't condemned so much as a vice, I doubt people would abuse it so easily. I hardly see anyone overdosing on water or soda or orange juice.

I don't drink nor want to really. And I think its not good to encourage people to drink just because you do. I also care about my liver.
