EDIT: WHAT GETS ON YOUR NERVES MORE?

Pick one and comment below.

The person who can't explain anything properly.

Or

The person who don't understand anything even though you've already explained.

Some people have a hard time explaining things. It doesn't necessarily mean a lack of intelligence rather than not having a way with words. Wow, way to be a bully.

As someone who is often on both sides; I say the "no comprehendo" is more stupid. So many times, when I FINALLY figure out what someone was trying to say, I feel so moronic.

If you can't express something, but its locked within you, that doesn't make you more stupid than someone who can't understand or refuses to listen. Although as long as they try to understand a thing, but are unable to express it, how can we evaluate their knowledge if we can't see it? On that thought, lack of understanding is stupider.

Edit: Also, we see what we want to see, its human nature as an organism, and why there is conflict, and disagreements. Sad, make no mistake but also quite true..

Neither gets on my nerves more.
If I chose either, then the problem would be my ability to understand or communicate with the other person.

Someone said to me that a person who can't explain doesn't understand. It depends I guess
