I cope with anxiety by my taking meds . In reality I'm not someone you would normally see having anxiety problems because I'm pretty easy going but somehow my body's stress level is above normal range making me prone to panic attacks. They feel horrible by the way when I first had one I felt like I was dying

I have pretty bad social anxiety to the point where I took me like 4 days to garner the courage just to start jogging around my block.
I'm normally a pretty shy person and I don't really talk much unless I'm close to the person I'm talking too.
The only time it doesn't really affect me is in work situations. If I'm working I can talk to anybody about anything just fine, but as soon as it gets into the social aspect my awkwardness comes out.

I'm sure I'll deal with It eventually. If already taken the steps by jogging which took a bit to get used too. I realized I just gotta shut my mind of and do it and it'll be ok.

I tend to have psychological breakdowns regularly and when I do breakdown it has three stages. (Note that I struggle to remember everything that happens when I breakdown so most of this is an account of what my GF tells me that happens).

It starts with me sitting/standing in place staring into nothing. (Note that in stage one I lose all awareness that anyone is around me). At this point my GF, who is usually the one that calms me down, can't do anything as she has to wait for the next stage.

A few minutes will pass before stage two begins, (At this point I gain some awareness of who's around me). When this happens I'll start to cry and shake uncontrollably. This is where my GF will step in to attempt to calm me down by holding me in a soft embrace whilst stroking the back of my head.

If that fails I'll move onto stage three, where I'll start to hyperventilate, (This is dangerous for me as only one of my lungs function normally). My GF will continue holding/stroking me until my breathing slows down. However if I can't calm down she has to give me an injection of a very weak anaesthetic to make me sleep for about twenty to thirty minutes. When I wake up I'm perfectly fine again except for the part where I don't remember what happened.
