I thought the reason they had eggs and bacon for breakfast was because bacon is delicious.

I love the smell of a double by-pass in the morning, it smells like victory for China. They don't have to lift finger..Bacon doing the Chinese's dirty work for them. Remember boys and girls every shred of Bacon ya eat is putting you one step closer to having to learn Mandarin.

It is

On non-workout days I tend to have higher fat meals as I don't take in as many carbs. My breakfast staple on these days is 4-6 whole eggs + some bacon (image below has 6 whole eggs).

The facts speak for themselves lady. An increase in type 2 diabetes and unnecessary heart surgery can be directly linked to the consumption of things like bacon.

Indeed, bacon is unhealthy. Everyone is aware of that. But if in moderation it won't do that much damage.

And that has got absolutely nothing to do with the Chinese. But hey, I've heard worse conspiracy theories.

There is no such thing as a healthy amount of bacon lady. 100 grams of the stuff contains pretty much all the salt and saturated fat a human being should consume in an entire day..that's about a slice and half in case you're wondering. You would literally have to eat nothing else for a 24 hour period to justify even a single slice of the stuff.

eat healthy, exercise daily, die anyways

and besides bacon doesn't make you fat, sitting on your ass never exercising is what makes you fat. bacon is not this evil thing that's unhealthy by itself like smoking or alcohol or drugs, with exercise and routine health checks you can eat bacon in moderation .

1 slice of bacon (8 grams) there's 43 calories 3.3 grams of total fat 1.1 g of saturated fat 0.4 g of polyunsaturated fat 1.5 g of monounsaturated fat 0 g of trans fat 9 milligrams of cholesterol 197 mg of sodium 45 mg of potassium 0.1 g of total carbohydrates 0 g of dietary fiber 0 g of sugar 3 g of protein

honestly looking at those stats the unsaturated fat (the good kind) outweigh the saturated and trans fat (the bad kind) its decent in the amount of protein it contains not perfect could be better but not all that bad. honestly the thing that bothers me about bacon the most is that sodium level if that were lower it would be better.

honestly 2-4 pieces of bacon wont kill you, but sitting around all day living a sedentary lifestyle will lead to more health problems. so get up go for a walk or ride your bike or play some basketball or golf or lift some weights just find something you like then you can eat all that glorious bacon. you know there are treadmills that have t.v.'s built right in so you can get some walking in while watching your favorite anime

I never said it was healthy in small amounts. I just pointed out that it isn't going to kill you if you only eat it occasionally. And you going on and on about how bad it is isn't going to stop people eating it. Nobody cares.

Also, still nothing to do with China. I guess you can't even begin to try and explain that because there's no logic behind it XD
