I just went on my crunchyroll app to watch new episodes of my shows. I notice the new layout (which is nice by the way) but everytime I go watch a show it says playback is interrupted and there are something wrong with my connection. I checked twice there is nothing wrong with it. Is there anything I could or you guys could do about this?

I am a member so nothing wrong there.

I'm currently in the same situation with the same problem: I haven't been on Crunchyroll for a few days; just noticed the Roku app has been updated; can't watch any videos; error message says that playback has been interrupted [actually, it never even began] by an unexpected error and I need to check my connection (which is fine).

Well, I guess I now need to start checking the help pages to see how to send customer service a message.

In case you didn't find it, it's the form you get to at /contact

It makes me sad to see all the reports from people who are having trouble with Roku. I've been using Roku for so long, and I'm lucky, I guess, to have had no issues that weren't clearly just temporary, usually requiring nothing specific on my part.

Same trouble here. Never had a problem with the previous Crunchyroll apps on my Roku, but this one doesn't want to load videos, and gives me the same weird "check your connection" error that everyone else is getting.

Thank you. I did find it, but I do appreciate the help. I did receive a reply (in addition to the automated "your message was received" notification), but it read like a canned response. At any rate, I hope that the technical people are now aware of this and are working on it (or at least will start on it when business hours start).

I agree. There have been problems in the past, but they've always been temporary. I hope this one gets resolved quickly. I noticed that my membership was renewed just last week, so there's time before I have to make the decision to cancel a service that I'm not getting.

I am not having this problem with my Roku 1 (model 2710). However I am having the problem with my Roku 2 (model 2720). The only other Roku I have is a Roku 2 XD, but I loaned it to my dad, so I can't test it our on Crunchyroll at the moment.

I would be curious to know what models are getting affected by this issue though. Perhaps that could be relevant info for a fix.

I just now saw that someone actually made a thread saying they were having the problem on a Roku 1....so there goes my theory that it could be based on the model lol

I should have mentioned that my problem is with the Roku 1. I may try to dig out my old vintage Roku (pre-1!) to see whether that would still work.

This is a known issue that's actually affecting a number of users, and our team is hard at work putting together a fix.

Crunchyroll told me to remove the app and reinstall it after sending them a message and it still doesn't work.

Thank you! I was looking for something like this, having big problems too with it not loading on NOW TV. One unhappy customer at the moment as it was perfect before the update. It's a shame as I love crunchyroll but now feeling really frustrated and wondering whether to cancel my premium membership.....

Same on WEB (PC) IT'S NOT LOADING and it's not muy pc or internet connection , I have to refresh the page several times, as if not to take the entire connection, fast load ads (even long ads, which can be skipped)

I login and logout, I deactivated and reactivated, and I uninstalled and reinstalled. What else can I do?!
