Hello, Ive tried so many times to cancel my free trial but it doesnt seem to work, can somebody help me how to do it?

Hi, sorry you got such a joke of a reception over in General Discussion. I've deleted those posts and have moved this thread over to the Site Support/Minor Questions forum.

Since you created your account just yesterday, your payment information is probably still being verified--that usually takes a day or two. Once it's verified, you'll be able to cancel. (Note, at this point it's just verifying info; it's not actually charging you.)

However, once you cancel the free trial, it ends immediately. If you still want to use it for a few more days you should wait until near the end of the trial before canceling--don't cut it too close though, because the payment processing will begin a day or so before the trial ends, and once that happens you'll need to contact customer support directly in order to cancel if you want to avoid the charge.

Hello, it has been a few days since, I cant find a button to cancel, only that i can Automatically renew my membership? Does it still charge?

If you toggle the automatic renewal off, the membership will be canceled.
