Post Reply Can't use guest pass?

So here I am minding my own buisness, and I think that I'd like to get back to watching anime when I see that my guest pass has expired. So I go to the anime is better than real life forums and start trying guest passes. However, every single non-expired one I used gave me this message: Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. I tried logging out of my account and coming back, but no luck. Is there any reason why?

Perhaps because they've been used by someone else. Keep in mind that while they may not have expired, they are only a one time use each.
Try asking for an unused one in the Official Guest Pass Thread and see of that works.

No, thats not whats going on. If the guest pass has been used by someone else or is expired it will tell you that. I am getting the same error message as OP when I'm using a valid code given to me by a buddy just for me.

There are already a couple of similar threads reporting the same thing, and here's the answer that was given in them:


Try redeeming it via /redeem. If it does not work, send a ticket to /contact.

I don't think so. Looking at

I think they purposely disabled that feature for the holiday. It been at least 4 days so far.

do you have an idea of how long it will take? i sent them a reprt and they still havent gotten back to me ( i dont have premium anymore so maybe they take longer)
