Who said I ever committed assault, I ain't never thrown the first punch in my entire life. Well unless you count my time in Afghanistan but that is a whole another story.

First punch literally or otherwise? There are times when I felt compelled to hurt someone but being raised in the current school system they crack down on violence. But generally insults and harassment isn't the grounds to defend yourself.

I care to argue otherwise but I don't need to. Here's the gist of every school yard fight I ever got into. They'd be doing their thing, ya know the drill, I'd tell them somewhat politely that the should stop, they decide I am being 'curt' and decide I need a lesson, They throw the first punch, I'd let it hit, and then next thing everyone knows I've got a bleeding and crying bully at my feet who is suffering from multiple broken bones.

Like I said I have never in your words thrown the literal first punch. And besides discipline and punishment go hand in hand, if children knew that at the earliest age possible the world would be a better place. I certainly wouldn't have had to fight my way through most of elementary and high school if that were the case. Fist fighting every damn day got old ya dig.

EDIT: I was also teased in 4th grade for being the only girl in class with boobs.

I don't see how that contradicts or goes against my statement. I never said you couldn't throw the second punch. What I said was that generally utter vulgarities are by no means to start a fight. Generally. I never said as an end all be all. Although it might be humorous for you to know that in Virginia, Schools say you are morally obliged as well as have the responsibility to flee from most situations, even first punches.

Just reading that killed off a few brain cells, run from a fight you didn't even start. Why does every messed up story I hear these days have it's start in the United States. I swear you Yanks have gotten strange since your forefathers decided to toss a few crates of tea into the ocean.

Everything. Literally Everything:

I had temper problems in primary school
My hair is strawberry blonde (leaned more towards red as a kid)
I'm short
I wore clothes from Walmart (NOT the mall)
I didn't wear girly, prep clothes
I liked anime and manga
My mum worked in retail
I liked to read books
I didn't know what dirty words meant
If I got an answer wrong in class

Etc.

Overall, they just thought I was this huge loser because I refused to conform to their standards. But, I won in the end. I'm not 22 and bogged down with three kids like everyone else! Suckers.

I finally remembered!!! It was my Superman underwear I wore in elementary school... Now looking back at it I liked batman better so why the heck was I wearing superman. I deserved that beating for going against my loyalty towards batman... or did I get nut checked? I don't remember, I was like six so it's not really important now.

Oh and once I was made fun of because my best friend was overweight. Kids are heartless little brats probably why I hate them and never want to have any.

I was small/petite and quiet, so people in middle/high school often mistook me for an easy mark. They all moved on pretty quick once they realized I was not afraid and my quietness wasn't because I was timid. I have always had a low tolerance for idiots and had no problem defending myself verbally or physically if someone took things a step too far.

I was picked on lots for looking like a girl. Also I used to have a German accent so kids would call me "little hitler" "adolf" or "the nazi" which is like super not a good time for me. Makes my German guilt set in lol. Kids are such jerks.

A lot of things.

I hated being a kid. Seriously, I hated it.

People always say "Man, I wish I was a kid again." Screw that. School life sucked, home life sucked.... at least now I get to make decisions for myself. If you wish you could be a kid again, you must have had a much better childhood than I had.
