for me I am just curious enough to think that the talent for making Anime is getting less. Some of the best authors and directors are gone and a lot are leaving, so I just wonder if that's why CR has gone a little cold lately. As far as some have mentioned about Netflix, Freezing and Freezing vibration are good, is there a lot of fan service, yes, but not a lot of anime goes without it, I wish CR would get that series, but it seems the director and writer of that series have quit so to speak, so to me that seems a little of the problem with getting good anime right now, no one wants to do it, and most of the stuff that Is done in the U.s is watered down and way too cartoonish. I wish CR would get more episodes of Yu Gi Oh, hey don't judge, I love that show..

Why is that? Why do we never get season 2 of any of the good anime's... Sigh! The world will never know!

Honestly I got a crunchy roll account to watch Parasyte after I caught it on TV because it seemed like an interesting show. Unfortunately it was hugely disappointing, much like crunchy roll itself. The video streaming quality is horrible. At first I thought it was my connection so I'd switch over to netflix and sure enough netflix would stream smoothly where as my videos are constantly stopped here at crunchy roll. I doubt I'll be keeping this account of my premium membership. Unless I stumble upon a gem within next week or so.

You guys need to just learn to delve into the catalog and give more series a chance! That's the only way to get over a slump like that.

http://www.anime-planet.com/users/Balzack - A good portion of this was Crunchyroll catalog titles. And after 3 years here I'm still finding more to watch to this day.

Also, for anyone who thinks this season has been bad....God help you for this coming winter. I just went through the winter catalog for prep for my podcast, and it's looking pretty bleak.

They didn't even make a second season of that anime.

I don't think it's Crunchyroll. It's what's being produced. Since I have access to other anime sites other than Crunchyroll. I have no interests in a lot of recent anime. I'm just waiting for the next season at this point.

I was waiting for Heavy Object to gain a lot of episodes before I started watching it, because I saw the tag, "Sci-fi", I thought, "Ooh, Sci-fi, I love sci-fi, can't wait to watch this".

After watching 4 episodes, I decided to drop. Even though it is sci-fi, it's just another mecha anime, instead of human-like robots, it's a giant spherical mecha. The excessive fanservice was tasteless and tacky. I should have dropped it when I noticed the bad storytelling at the start of episode 1, the extremely boring and dull lectures about human history.

I don't watch anime on here anyway. I am getting fed up with CR though. Someone in my friends list keeps getting removed and I've had to reaccept their request about 4 or 5 times now!

In a year I've only watched one anime, a 700+ episode anime but still one actual anime. I have a giant selection to pick from. It doesn't feel dry yet.

If they would acquire One Punch Man and the new DragonBall Series, i'd be good. I'm not complaining at all. I'm loving all the content so far.

No idea how people are still interested in Dragonball. Well, anything but DBZ Abridged. It was a good show when I was a young teen. That's as far as that went.

I'm watching dragonball because I never got to watch it in order as a kid. It was always like episode 128 then it would jump to like episode 7 and then back to 98 or just some random order.
And it's pretty funny, so it's not like I have to force myself to watch it. I'd like to catch up on the DBZ series but have been playing games and not paying much attention to anime in general lately.
