Chocolate in pastries and donuts are OK, just not on bread. I think Nutella is used to trick little kids into eating bread. But I'm not a little kid anymore, I can chocolate straight from the jar.

I could, but it's winter, so it's too hard to make homemade sugar-free raspberry/blueberry jam in the bread-machine.
(Provided that one can find sugar-free fruit pectin in the Jell-O section of the grocery store.)

Not to mention, it's too hard to find local-beekeeper creamed honey in winter.

(Now, if you want to fill puff-pastries with Nutella, that's a whole other discussion...)
