I know this isn't a serious topic....

But... It depends on if the websites SEO is considered to have the same trend value for the search term by google when you google it again. Most likely it won't

The only thing that would probably change is the order in which the items appear in the list as every so often new articles are published which use certain keywords that Google assigns higher priority in ranking so no, if you search "apple" today and then in a month the search on the first few pages would probably be the same, but there would be more results and maybe on page 100 or so the results would start to change. The first result would probably always remain apple.com.

It would be time consuming to tell. A lot of pages get pulled up for many searches.

turn off safe search .. and don't use google since it blocks search results for hard to find websites... there ARE search engines that you can use that will show unfiltered results. all i will say is use yahoo to find one. just dont search anything that will have the men in black at your doorstep

. i "assume" you want to visit region locked websites. lets just leave it at that.

Google tracks your MAC+IP+cookies+former search terms+visited addresses to increase the chances of hitting what you aimed for. This is a bad example, but an example that explains what I mean none the less... If you were to search "cherry" on a new PC + refreshed IP, your result will probably just be about berries, and that's all there is, but if you search "cherry" on an old PC + IP that hasn't been refreshed in a while, and has few or no cookies, and you'll probably get a "do you want to turn the adult filter off?" question or "did you mean 'pop the cherry'" alternative search term. It used to be like this, but google continuously improve on it to make it better, so you won't actually get porn anymore if you search cherry or something unless you specify that it is porn you want.

Google also tracks what search terms are used the most and compare it to what sites are visited the most, to make them appear first on the list. And they've also included allowing corporations to buy a higher rank on search results.

The formula always calculates order of relevance/importance.

Google translator works in a similar manner. Meaning, it learns your f**** up handwriting. If you were to write Japanese using the handwriting tool, and you ignore for instance stroke order, google will eventually learn it, compare it to other attempts not just by you but by others who also ignore stroke order, and then improve your result. You can tell that this is the case because the rarer the Kanji, the stricter the translator is on stroke order. This is different from tools like zKanji (independent software) that are far less lenient on stroke order, in fact, zKanji tells you to f*** off if you get the stroke order wrong, no matter what.

It produces different results if you have a Google account and your logged in. I thought my blog had a great SEO rating until I used another PC and discovered the posts that had appeared on the front page when I was logged in didn't appear at all when I wasn't.

It probably changes depending on the amount of hits/views sites have and such.

Depends on the specificity of the search, and the amount of time between you searching using the same keywords.
