Where did the option at the bottom of the page of "Contact Us" go? How do we sent support tickets anymore...? As an issue popped up on the console players for the series "Hyakko" has no sound what so ever.

The straight Contact Us link was removed in favor of a more comprehensive Help/FAQ section. You will find how to contact the customer support through there. |

All them most likely, but tried episode 1 and 2, can check the rest, Xbox One app.

It's only this series that's having the issue though. As did try others on my queue with no sound issues.

All of them, Xbox One App. It's only effecting this series as did try others on my queue with no issues. |
