Seems quite disappointing we're unable to get discounts if we're from outside America. After all, if it's possible to reduce the price by 25% then even if there was a foreign version of the code that gave a little less like 20% then that'd still be nice.

At the moment it just seems like we get excluded from sales which is a poor experience for any customer. Why would I expect my membership to be worth less than another customers or to be treat worse? Either way, it'd be nice to take part when there is big clear banners pointing out a sale and it's got no indication you should be excluded. I'd like to see fair treatment of all customers but at the moment I find it hard to buy from the store when I feel anything I buy is just profit to subsidise someone else you'd prefer to give the money to.

Please help improve your site with clearer indications of exclusions, discounts that work for all instead of just some and help make it feel more like a community than a series of 1st and 2nd class citizens. I really like the site and store but the service is disappointing and a kick in the teeth whenever this happens. You have to remember we always get the worst end of the stick for what shows / licenses we can view already anyway so it'd be nice to not feel like the site merely doesn't care about some customers and just wants easy money.

It would be nice to use the discount, but a lot of items even with the discount is cheaper on other sites.

What I always wondered is how they calculate the shipping prices when they use economy shipping. It seems very high for what it is.

that would be true for any region though, if they can spare the discount in one region then it can be done for all. It just seems like selective marketing and if they choose to exclude certain customers then it makes sense that those ones can realistically recognise they are getting a worse deal.

That was another point too, figured I'd try and stay on topic and not devolve into an entire rant (doubt no matter how I frame it or whether it's productive criticism or not it'll matter much to them or be met with a reasonable response) but I do agree on the shipping. It seems we get it rough on shipping, licensing and then discounts too and it'd be nice if the stuff that was in there control (as I give them the benefit of the doubt they're not ripping us off on shipping and licensing can't always be attained in all regions) so with discounts I'd have liked a little fair play and respect. I've tried to voice the concern before but lack of response, poor communication on the exclusion of discounts, it being an unfair issue and overall lack of improvement from when voicing it last time just indicates they seem to not care. It's one thing if they couldn't do it but if they simply don't care how they treat there customers and enjoy profiteering then I can go elsewhere regardless of price. I can afford to shop elsewhere so I will, I'm only ask they treat me (and others in europe / elsewhere) the same and not that we get special treatment. If that's too much to ask then they really aren't the kind of company I like to support.

All I'm saying is there is a few companies that do this sort of thing, Namco Bandai had bet collectors edition in UK as did Atlus and they later on improved. Recognised they can build support by supporting the fans back. It'd just be nice to see some positive change on this site. It seems last time I tried to comment they ignored it so I hope they're not the kind of company that just sits on there bums and ignores the good example of others.
