Dear Crunchyroll customer services - (who don't reply!)

I normally use to the CR app on Now Tv box, since it has been updated I can't even log in and get kicked out. Video below:

I sent a message to customer services and have not even had a reply. This is frankly disgusting as I am a paying customer who can't use the app how I originally intended to.

To all users that are having this problem wondering if we can get together on this and ditch cruncyroll, cancel our subscription and take our custom elsewhere if it is not fixed in a decent time or at least have a decent response to show that CR actually do care about their paying customers?

Fuming as I keep posting but the issue is not resolved or dealt with in a proffesional mannor.

RESPOND PLEASE?!!!

We are still collecting bug reports regarding the latest update as we speak.

One thing I was wondering in regard of the Now TV box. Is it possible to install the Crunchyroll channel without any further ado or do you need to go to developer mode to sideload the channel? Or did SKY remove some of the channel restrictions it had in place?

I'm done with crunchyroll if they don't fix the Roku app. Who the hell updates an app without bug testing it first it makes absolutely no sense. The app was extremely stable in the previous build and now I can't watch videos at all.

Is your Roku firmware updated to the latest version?

Mine has been updated. I check for new updates each time I attempt watching CR via Roku again, on a daily basis. Hasn't worked for me in around a month now, despite all the resets and linking/unlinking and anything else I've tried that had the slightest hope of helping. Absolutely nothing wrong with my connection, either

Helllo,

I appreciate your reply, as you seem to be the only one who from crunchyroll who is responding. Crunchyroll do need to vastly improve their customer services, as you seem to be the only one trying to keep the peace . The crunchyroll app is available to download, on the now tv front screen you select 'streaming channels', the select 'film and tv' and crunchy roll icon is there to select an install. I am not sideloading the app, it is freely available on the now tv box. I also tested on a family members Now TV box, which has never had the app installed before and it did the same thing...it starts to launch and immediately crashes back to the Now TV menu.

The forums aren't really our official support channel, so our staff won't really be that visible on here.
We are aware of the issues regarding NowTV, and we've forwarded it to the devs. Though I still cannot give any ETA for a fix.

I cancelled my subscription when the app hadn't worked on my now tv box for over a week and it was obvious from the lack of response on the forum etc that it wasn't going to be fixed any time this year.

I am way way way past squinting at downloaded video on small screens!

I too am losing patience. As much as I love shows like JoJo's, or Gundam Wing, Iron Blooded Orphans, i refuse TO PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT WILL NOT WORK! And YES, my WiFi connection works just fine, thank you.

I also intend o let everyone I'm connected to via social media know that you guys suck as well.

They might have to get their hands on an actual NowTV box in order to be able to fix it. Sky made some changes to the device compared to comparable regular Rokus, so it's a tad more complicated to fix than for those regular Rokus.

I too am experiencing issues with my NowTV and the crunchyroll app.

I have also sent an email to crunchyroll but I never heard back :-(.

Mine is a white NowTV box which I bought back in 2013.

Please fix as I miss being able to watch crunchyroll on my tv :-(.
