I have sent at lest 2 letters to support, basicly telling them to stop waiting till a week after the new season starts to get us a partial list up. and they Ignore me every time. I pay for this so i should have a right to hear a reason why they refuse to care for us paying memebers. I am very tempted to drop my sub and just watch off youtube or hulu. at lest hulu will respond. but i have been waiting over 30 days for the first one, and over 7 days for my last. I am very upset.

What do you mean by partial list up? Are you referring to adding new shows on a seasons start to the catalog?

I've moved this to Suggestions/Feedback.

As to this specific demand of yours, I have never known CR to wait as long as a week after a new season starts to start posting a list of what their lineup is. I believe you are exaggerating.

The launch of the first episodes of most series is still a week away. The dates of the announcements are decided on by our Japanese partners, so there will and cannot be any early or stacked announcements.

What timing! When I'd checked earlier the Winter 2016 lineup page wasn't up yet, but it is now. All the continuing shows are listed, and as new simulcasts are announced they'll be added. See /lineup

You see, That is what i was asking for. when Fall 2015 started, the continuing shows had not even been posted. i had to look over on the calender to see and it was only 1 or 2 new episodes, it took them 7 days to do what they just did today. and its within a week b4 january so i was upset i had not got a email reply (infact i never did get any replys at all untill i publicly complained)

If they can not get the continuing shows up at lest a week in advance with at lest 2-3 new titles that will be offered. and you blame the Japanese partners. then explain it to them better. that you need information for your customers. if words fail, there is brute force, or u can fart at them till they listen. I don't care what tactic you use.

also, thank you for getting that up today.

The lineup page for fall 2015 was first posted on September 26, 2015, and is always the case, included the listing for continuing simulcasts at the top of the page.

Only 2 fall titles had premiered at that time: The second episode of the 2 episode Yuru Yuri Nachuyachumi!+ OVA (as it fell in September it was considered a fall title on schedules) and the AT-X showing of Diabolik Lovers More, Blood. None of the other 55 titles of the season premiered until October 1 or later.

We receive a lot of email.
But most of our US staff have the same holidays as our customers. We have people working the weekend and outside office hours, but there are some tickets that cannot be immediately solved and might require the attention of someone who just isn't in at that moment.

Tough!

I don't like it any more than you do but this is one of the unfortunate realities of the anime industry. As the original license-holders, the Japanese companies hold all the cards. You don't announce anything until they're OK with you announcing it.

The other thing is that, over the years, I've got the distinct feeling that sometimes the details are still being hammered out right up until the last minute. And, again, until the ink is dry on the contract you don't say a damned thing.

Remember, cases like Kiznaiver and Berserk are the exceptions more than the rule. Not many shows have their streaming arrangements settled months in advance. So this is unlike broadcast TV where channels know what they have far ahead of a show airing. Unfortunately, the time when many of us really want to know full details who is showing what is often when the contracts are still being finalised.

Many things would go a hell of a lot smoother in the Western markets if this was not the case but when dealing with Japanese companies, you have to play by their rules. At least, you do if you still want to be negotiating with them when the next season comes around. Pleasing your customers is one thing but burning bridges with your business partners... corporate suicide.

Also, do bear in mind that the Winter Season (in general) and Spring Season (this year in particular) have added complications CR-side.

Around the time you'd expect the Winter season to start to be announced, it is Christmas and New Year. Christmas may not be observed much in Japan but I assume in America it's celebrated similarly to how it is here in the UK. Companies shut down. People take additional leave to visit family. Business gets disrupted to hell and back, like it or not.
Final contractual details and any PR that's not been pre-scheduled for release will likely suffer a few days' delay around this point.

Similarly, look at what CR are up to right now. They're attending two different conventions, as far as I can tell. For one thing, some announcements will be (and were) held for release at panels. For another, this will affect the availability of staff to make the usual types of announcements.

Also, it's Anime Japan over in... umm... Japan. Licensing stuff goes on over there. I can only assume that CR will probably have some representation over there and the Japanese companies certainly will. This could easily have a knock-on effect on completing any paperwork that wasn't locked in ahead of time.

Hmm... are you specifically looking for next season info or which shows Crunchyroll is going to stream? Because if it's simply next season info, bookmark AniChart (http://anichart.net/) and check that out every month or so.

They usually begin filling out the following season of shows before the current one has ended. For example, they've already begun working on Summer 2016: http://anichart.net/summer.

If you're looking for CR to put up their broadcast schedule faster, then yelling at them or berating them will not help. They will ignore you eventually.

Please remember that being a paid subscriber doesn't give you the right to treat people poorly. Ask them politely 2-3 times and if they don't respond to you in a satisfactory manner, then take your money elsewhere or suck it up and focus on more important things in life.

Hope some of that helps.

Cheers.
