I really thought Chaos Dragon, Gunslinger Stratos, Classroom Crisis, God Eater, Comet Lucifer, Starmyu, and JK Meshi were bad

^ But it's only a disappointment if you expected it to be good in the first place.

Charlotte, if for no other reason than the ending. I went into it with no expectations, like I always do, and I did like the anime. I mean, I gave it a seven, which I'd say is pretty respectable... But goddamn, that ending was easily my biggest anime disappointment this year, and kind of tainted the entire show for me, because of all that wasted potential.

I never understood why people dislike this show.

As for what I found dissapointing, God Eater stands out. It wasn't bad, but wasn't good either, and could've been much better.

I can tell you exactly why I hated it.

Basically, the premise/theme of the Demon God and killing it is awesome. I want to see those battles, and all that greatness.

What I got, instead, was a giant game of Clue. Who's the fake, who's the fake, who's the fake?!?!?! Seriously, I can understand a few episodes following this, but after a while, it gets old. BUT, because I still was interested in the characters, I tolerated it for an entire season.

Then, oh ho ho, THEN, at the final episode they reset that entire game of Clue with another fake. That was when I was all:

Blame the creator for that. If the creator also put who was the fake question in the summary it would had been better. Story wise I like it. I like a good mystery and this had it. Build up was great and I wanted to know even more. I do have to say this anime was the greatest misdirect from a summary.

I don't know what I was expecting from Monster Musume Girls, but I sure wasn't expecting what we GOT.

Hard to say for this, I found alot more titles I liked more then anything. If I had to be nitty gritty, while I would choose as much as I love it The Testament of Sister New Devil Burst. The first season ended good and did it's job of setting up for the second season. But the transition and pacing of the second season was very poor compared to the first. It didn't help either they only had ten episodes. While the manga is ongoing it just made the second season when it finally came feel like ya this is we've given up on trying to make this series work. Which is a shame the story had the ability there to set up for an even greater season three. Guess after the empty second season ending and no see you again later like the first season. After the OVA this January it's done...

(Which sadly seems to be a recurring thing these past few years, many great light novels or mangas get adapted but in anime format they just don't succeed.)

I can't even begin to immagine how many anime have a premise/theme to kill a Demon god or something of the sort. It's the most unoriginal concept in any medium from the dawn of time. If you want another story like that so bad, you wont have a hard time finding it...
Rokka no Yuusha was unique, and I would've dropped it after ep 1 if it stayed true to it's theme...

Whereas a locked room mystery with a guess-the-impostor theme is super fresh and original?

Atleast it's more original than the Demon God theme...

Let's see: JK Meshi, Charlotte, Triage X, Bikini Warriors and Gunslinger Stratos all disappointed greatly.

I don't consider Rokka no Yuusha a masterpiece or anything, but I give it props for having a functional mystery. It left hints and was structured in a way that the audience could play along and guess who the culprit is. I'd rather have a seemingly predictable reveal than a nonsense shocking twist.

Putting the emphasis on functional again; I'm not arguing if it was good or bad, I'm saying it at least followed the basic rules of detective storytelling which is a whole lot more than I can say about other recent ''mystery'' anime I won't name.

this is my list so far

Asterisk war- depended to much on fan service and close up ass and boob shots. looked pretty though

Shinmai Maou no Keiyakusha.s2- rushed as hell and couldn't live up to the first

Valkyrie Drive- nothing but fan service till the last episodes by than to late to redeem itself

Kuusen Madoushi Kouhosei no Kyoukan- probably the worst of 2015. Lecty was the only reason I kept watching

Triage X- fan service couldn't save this one

So you dislike it for pretending to be what it's not? Eren Yaeger said he was going to exterminate all the titans but he didn't, so does that mean attack on titan sucks? Basically you are saying because it wasn't what I expected, I hated it. I will agree the last episode though, that was just fucking stupid.
