Hey guys,

Sadly it is to late for me to refund my ticket and I am willing to sell my ticket. I am willing to meet up with you and show proof of transferring the ticket over to you. Best Offer.

Also note that I am looking for people within the Los Angeles County / Orange County Area so it shows that I am trying not to scam any of you. We could meet at a local Starbucks or something like that.

I know I was about to buy one on black friday when they were on sale for $350 but I was debating wether or not to waste that much of my savings for basically a front of the line pass.. This will be my first convention so a regular 4 day pass will do for now I guess. I wonder why the price went up that much compared to 2014.

So, here is the thing with the premier passes, its true that it is essentially a front line pass with a few more benefits, but to me that is exactly what makes it worth getting.

The rules for the lines for premier pass have always been that you have to be there atleast 15 minutes before the start of the panel. That means that you can pretty much attend whatever panels you want and are guaranteed an entry. You will most likely not have to choose between 2 panels you really want to go to because most of the time you will be able to get out of one and make it to the other panel. If you have the regular pass you will have to be in line like an hour early for any semi-popular panel and longer for any popular panel. You will end up spending a lot of time standing in line for panels.

The pass also gives you the ability to purchase tickets for the special events early, which allow you to get good seats before regular attendance can start buying in AND there is usually atleast one event that has no assigned seating, it simply assigns seats by area. Last year for example the Wagakki band concert was set up like this. I showed up like 40 minutes before the concert itself started and was able to skip the entire line of people that had been waiting for hours and managed to get a really good seat in my section, since the seats were no assigned.

If you are coming from out of town like me, then being able to get your hotel as soon as possible is very important. I can tell you i got my hotel yesterday, and while i got to choose the one i wanted, i could already see that in the Residence Inn, where i am staying the last night of the convention was already wait listed. I would imagine the by the end of the week if not sooner, the hotel will be sold out and wait listed.
If you live in LA, that is not an issue.

Whether the pass is worth it or not depends on what you plan on doing at the convention. A lot of people dont really go to panels, they simply go look at the Cosplay, shop, go to one or two panels, game and get autographs and the special events. If this is what you are planning on doing, then the pass is not worth it because its benefits dont really do much for you. Depending on your income it can also be fairly expensive. If you do not have the disposable income to comfortably pay for the pass, i would honestly not get it. it does have a lot of benefits and to me its worth it, but i am lucky enough to have a good job that allows me to easily afford it.

TBH, the exhibitor badge trumps the Premier Badge any day. And it's $50.

I've had both Premier and Exhibitor badges for years. Exhibitor badges allow you to get in much earlier than a Premier. And this is every day, not just the first day. Premier badges can only enter 1 hour earlier than regular badges on Day 1. That's it.

Staff will harass you when you show up to a busy panel 15 minutes+ and get in the Premier line. When I went to the K: Missing Kings/Kalafina mini concert, staff hounded my friends and I for showing up 30 minutes before the scheduled concert time. Their logic was that they had cut the regular line hours ago and that it was unfair. My logic was that I paid $225 for a badge and I was going to exploit it for all it was worth.

If you're unable to go as an exhibitor, the only way to actually get any enjoyment from the convention is to go as Premier.

I have a high paying job, but frankly, I've grown tired of going to AX. It's nothing but lines. Premier and Exhibitor were great deals when the autograph sessions were held inside the Exhibitor Hall. Now that they're not and all autograph sessions are ticketed (with one ticket being given to you and then you have to go to the back of the line), it blows. Even if you share a hotel room with friends, rooms are exorbitant. Let me put it to you like this - It is cheaper for me to fly and stay in a hotel from San Francisco to two different conventions on the East Coast, twice, than it is for me to fly to LA and stay at a close by AX block hotel, for five nights.
