It depends. I recently started this thing where I try to fast for 24 hours at least once per week.

Also, started eating more nuts, especially almonds.

Really, anything that's not loaded in salt or cholesterol is fair game. I can eat anything, if it crawls by slow enough.

If I wanna eat unhealthy I eat:

Breakfist- nothing
Lunch- ice cream, pork
Dinner- Pizza, ice cream, chips

If I wanna diet I eat:

Breakfist- Nothing
Lunch- Egg w/ bread or sandwich
Dinner- Salmon sometimes with an egg

Breakfast;

oat porridge, a glass of water, a fruit and maybe some almonds or a fruit smoothie with a two tablespoons of oats in it and some almonds. Lazy breakfast is about 3 fruits, some almonds and some water. Sometimes I'll boil an egg to add or if I'm not having a lazy breakfast it can be scrambled or made into an omlette.


Lunch
Weekdays some sort of bean salad or bean and vegetable stew or a sandwich or a salad. Weekend meat curries served with vegetables, rice or roti or dumplings. Other times I might have meat and vegetable stews or a roast or some fish and vegetables or a take-away or occasionally a pasta salad.

Dinner
Week days, vegetable soups or stews. Weekend meat and vegetable stews with or without rice or potatoes.

Varies. Usually have 4 small meals a day. Sometimes might have 2 medium meals and a small on a day, and sometimes 2 large in a day. Just depends on what I feel like making tbh. Calorie range is 1400-1900.

Breakfast- Nothing. Food in the morning always makes me sick for some reason.
Lunch- Something small. Like a sandwich. Kinda on the-go around this time.
Dinner- Like to cook. Normally a complicated meal I feel I deserve for skipping out all day.
Occasionally snag a snack: peanuts, muffins, wraps; when I can squeeze them in.

For breakfast, ieither sleep through it, or I eat a breakfast biscuit or two.
Lunch...I used to est celery and peanut butter daily, but I finally got tired of it after a year and a half. Now, I eat pomegranates, fried rice, saltines, oranges, and/or soup.
Dinner varies. Sometimes I'll eat a bag of salad or two, sometimes leftovers, and sometimes what's actually been prepared for the family.

I'm a reeaaallly picky eater, so much so that most American junk/snack foods disgust me. Is that weird?

Breakfast- After morning exercises I try to have a substantial meal. I'm also impatient though so usually left overs from dinner work well. Sometimes I supplement this with rice I set after getting up, fruits, or some typical cereal or oatmeal. Also good orange juice is wonderful .

Lunch- I try to have my less healthy stuff around this time of day to metabolize it then rather than push my body to while sleeping. Sweet rolls, ice cream, some fast food is normal.

Dinner- I try to go for savory over quantity and cook appropriate excesses for breakfast. I generally prefer fish with fresh vegetables or egg rolls when cooking for myself.

(Beans prepared various different ways can be a healthy substitute for any meal when you aren't picky. )

Some days I rarely eat anything except drink water or tea.

Other days, I eat really shitty foods for convenience.

I usually buy a Big Mac and a small fries from McDonalds, put them in a blender along with two scoops of micro filtered Whey Protein, a tablespoon of flaxseed meal, a banana, and 1 cup of water. I then blend the burger (with bun), fries, protein, banana, and water for a good 45 seconds, pour it into a glass, and that's my meal.

I do that 2-3 times a day sometimes adding sunflower seeds or blueberries or a Quarter Pounder just to change it up a bit.

Hum... i just eat anything what i have but if there's nothing nothing, wellp, i play to forgive the hungry until fall asleep.
