I have tried month after month to end my membership. To cancle my account. When I click end premium membership it brings me back to my profile and says it's active. I assume it's an error but you charge me month after month. I took off my papal information and you keep chargeing me. If febuary rools around and I get charged again, I will dispute through paypal and you can deal with them. I'm sick and tired of this site, I am to lazy to keep up with thease shows and I don't use the account, please stop.

Good luck, I've tried to cancel my membership for literally almost a year now! Crunchyroll got hacked a while back and many people's accounts got royally screwed over. I emailed and contacted them about 5 times and they said they would do something about it only if I sent them my bank statements proving I was being charged. Guess what, I did send them the info and then they stop replying once I do. How convenient!

Crunchyroll has stolen nearly $100 from me so far and I doubt they'll do anything about it. I've been telling all of my friends who are interested in possibly subscribing to stay far away from them.

When you are paying through PayPal, you can turn off the payments from their side:

If I no mistaken your account was created on Jan 1, 2016. If you are going to lie a least try.

I had to create a new account because mine like many others accounts were hacked and stolen (emails and passwords completely changed). Crunchyroll did absolutely nothing about it besides reply to a few emails I sent, but of course never got back to me after I responded with the #'s proving I'm the owner of the credit card being charged. Great condescending attitude by the way. I bet you'd be whistling to a different tune if this scenario happened to you.

I'm glad you came to the forums. I've seen so many stories like yours that it's hard to believe if you haven't seen them yourself, especially since they routinely delete them. (Excuse me, I mean "They routinely delete threads started by an account that's been purged - which by sheer coincidence is what they have to do to most temporary accounts that a hack victim creates to ask for help".)

I'm also glad to report that once it becomes public, it seems like it generally gets resolved fairly quickly - or at the very least, it's possible to convince the victims to go away. But if your case isn't resolved quickly, you might want to just cut your losses by canceling the card and disputing any charges you can still dispute (hurray for time limits). Being in the right and being owed a full refund by any just reckoning may be morally satisfying, but it's probably not worth how much more time and money you can lose (not to mention stress).

The only worthwhile thing I learned from my years with Wikipedia: A little "assuming good faith" really does go a long way, even when it comes to stories that you find hard to believe on first face.
