Hey I need help with allergy problem, really bad one.

I going to be going to sleep now but hopefully somebody will give a fuck.

I sneeze so hard my body feel like is going to be ripe apart by it. Hell I even broke a blood vessel in my nose.

So any advice in how to get the congestion off faster or stop the sneezing will be appreciated.

-.- probably u should get away from whatever is causing you to have allergies... dust, pet fur...
then there is special medicine for allergies I wouldn't know the specific name but is really like famous more when spring comes, because all the pollen, that kind of medics helps with congestions and the watery eyes.... but as u said u're going to bed probably is late to go to the drug store

why don't u tried drinking something warm that would help your congestion a bit I think....

If you know the source of your allergy, remove as many of the triggers from your life as you can and take the medicine your doctor recommends, when you need it. I would strongly advise against taking a random over-the-counter anti-allergy drug as it could contain something you are allergic to or interfere with medicine you have already been prescribed.

If you don't know the source of your allergy you should seek medical help. There are a lot of simple and safe tests for allergies, such as placing a small amount of a substance on your skin and seeing if you react to it. Once the source of the allergy is identified you can carry out the steps above.

Man I have so many experiences with allergies it's not even funny. For the longest time I always had a stuffy nose. My doctor prescribed me a over the counter nasal spray that worked pretty well. She also suggested that I go get allergy tested. Which is what I did. It was a back test where they took needles tipped with different things and poked them in my back. Whichever ones I reacted to were my allergies. It was pretty much everything. xD

Not a big fan of nasal spray but I have had success with nasal rinse with saline solution.

I would recommend finding a good allergist and perform a allergy test to pinpoint the cause of the allergic reaction. It could be a food allergy, dust allergy, pet allergies, allergies from medications, allergic rhinitis, mold, etc.

I hope you find the source.

To be honest after a while of using the nasal spray it would often dry me out. So yeah it isn't the best thing ever to use depending on the person.
