Sailor Moon but I did not know it was anime at the time . Inuyasha is the main one where I knew it was anime and it got me into it even more .

I dare say the first anime I ever saw would be the original Pokemon Series, but I never watched it religiously despite playing the absolute Shuckle out of all the games.

I never started properly watching anime until Summer 2015, when I began One Piece and binge watched all 400+ Dubbed episodes available at the time haha. I know a lot of people would call me crazy for starting out and binging on such a long show xD

After that it was DragonBall and Attack on Titan, and my social life has been all downhill ever since. No regrets!

to no surprise, maybe, but my first Japanimation was Dragonball Z, but I didn't really get hooked until Yu Yu Hakusho, then, after that it became an animation viewing paradise of wasting life without regrets.

Mine was InuYasha. It definitely shows a lot of fun sides of anime.
Adventure
High school life
Relationship drama
Creativity
Death (lol not like that just the bad guys really)
traveling in time
and more!!

The first animes I watched were Dragon Ball Z and Yu-Gi-Oh, but they didn't make me hooked.
(I was in kindergarten at the time and my family didn't have computers, so my older brother and I would watch TV together and those animes were the only ones that played I don't really remember any of it though.)
What did hook me was the anime Nagi No Asukara since I really like sad stories and I found it interesting~

I had watched quite a few anime growing up, DBZ, Yugioh and the works. But what turned me into the otaku I am today would have to be Steins Gate
