I'm looking for an anime that can give me the feel mate,

Already seen ones like Angel Beats, Clannad, Little Busters!

There any other good ones out there that I should watch?

and please don't recommend school days :p

The Pet girl of Sakurasou !!!!!!! The feel train hits hard man go watch it.

Usagi Drop. It's a very real story based on parenting and raising a child, but it's great if you can respect the story.

Ushio and Tora.
Though it has a lot of action, most of the episodes have some good feels.

I would say Sword art Online, but I mean, yeah there are a lot of feel moments, but that's not what drives the anime.

Plastic Memories

This is the most recent feel trip of 2015.

Usagi Drop
also hits the feels in the solar plexus (crunchyroll doesn't have all the episodes. Go to another website).

Grave of the Fireflies and Garden of Words ( Kotonoha no Niwa ) uppercuts you in the feel liver.

For lesser feels but still great:

Toradora gives you a wonderful light slap

Welcome to NHK pokes one up your nose.

Hmm, this is a tough one given what you've said about watching a bunch.. Dusk Maiden of Amnesia has some feels towards the end. Both Ef series are built around feels, and though I watched them, they were a bit too out there for me to really enjoy. Not sure, I'd probably be recommending stuff you've already tried, or stuff that's tough to find these days (Voices of a Distant Star, for example).

Looking for just stuff on CR, or would a shopping list be okay as well?

A show that people never really talk about it when it comes to feels is Natsume Yuujinchou. You get a variety of feels and the shows you listed can get you teary-eyed from the overwhelming sadness. However, it's hard for a show to get you misty eyed because of being so proud of a character or heartwarming. Natsume Yuujinchou will give you different types of emotions with even varying degrees of sadness, or feeling bittersweet.
