-One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, and most shonen: Too slow and boring with repetitive writing. I'm not a fan of arcs unless it goes full on Jojo
-SAO had an okay first half with too many time skips with a second half that sucked. GGO stalled too much in the tournament and Mother's Rosario was boring as I did not care for Yuuki at all.
-Clannad, kimi no todoke, etc. are too slow and too dull. I did like Golden Time and Toradora for a bit better characer development. Amagami was interesting when they did every girl's arc in four episodes so it didn't get stale too quickly; though arc fatigue did cause me to drop it.

RWBY, and so many others like Kill La Kill.

Why do so many people not like Durarara? It's so good...

Attack on Titan is probably my main one.

Waaaaay too much hype, so I pretty much just thought fuck it, I'll read the manga instead. Seriously though, overhyping a show is probably the best way to get me to avoid it completely.

Clannad- I don't really like the art style, it's off putting...
Diabolik Lovers- I like Vampire Knight more...
Monster Musume- It's more about my personal preference of Monster boys over monster girls, imo...

No RPG element for an anime about virtual reality

Well the games they do play in the anime are based off of mmorpg. Which are rpg. Which means it really should have some elements of a rpg in the show.
Also I couldn't get into Gintama and Parasyte the Maxim. I just don't find them that interesting.

No. First there are many anime about virtual reality having nothing to do with RPG or video games a all. Secondly, that depends on the show. Being mandatory is no a good thing. That like forcing romance elements on the anime because the story had some to do with it early on the story.

There's a lot of shows I never got into. Some just weren't genres I liked, but I didn't know that yet. Some I just wasn't the target audience for, to a degree that it became unpleasant. Nothing wrong with that, just not for me. Then again some shows are in genres I like, but the shows just sucked. So this isn't about them either. Shows I should like, but...

Gatchaman -One of the most influential anime ever, and the designs are iconic for a reason. Even the animation has held up well, once you get used to 70s art styles. But the writing sucks so bad. I'm determined to eventually finish it, but it's hard.

Is this A Zombie?- a fantasy action harem with an MC who's actually heroic, decent and trying his best? Sign me up. Or not in this case. Haruna was terrible, but grew on me. However, Seraphim was the just about the most unrelentingly abusive, insufferable $#)& I've ever seen. She brought absolutely nothing to the show, but was somehow one of the mains. If either of other vamp ninjas had been given her spot I probably would have loved the show. Serasvati is one of my favorite harem girls from any show, and Tomomori is pretty awesome as well. Instead the combo of Haruna and Sera pushed the show into outright nauseating territory.

Heaven's Lost Property - I like ecchi. I like harems. People keep recommending this show to me, but I don't like it. Combination of the sometimes chibi MC and that I just think he's an asshole.

SAO is a pretty commonly hated series. It has its fans, but a large portion of people online absolutely hate it. (It seems to have a pretty big fanbase here on Crunchyroll, though.)

I'm pretty much in the middle. I watched the first episode and thought it was boring, then I heard from a bunch of people that it was really bad, so I didn't bother continuing.

I really liked Madoka Magica and I'm kind of curious as to why you didn't like it. Do you mind explaining your viewpoint?

I finished Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and thought it was nothing special. Very bland characters and didn't like their designs. Hunter X Hunter is miles miles miles better!

I kinda knew that. However, I am talking about sword art online only and in sword art online the games that they do play are vrmmorpg. Or Virtual reality massively multiplayer role online playing game. So sword art online should have some rpg elements to the game they are playing.
