I need help with my recurring sub. Any actions I take seem to do nothing, though I get a web notification they did the status never changes and I get no email indicating a change.

So, I've tried going to the Help site on zendesk and it rejects my credentials. I request a reset and it just keeps popping up the same form over and over. Incredibly frustrating to have the help flow completely broken. What do I need to do?

Yeah, apparently one is not supposed to actually use zendesk for opening new tickets (at least not currently). It's super-annoying that the Login field there is so prominent. To open a ticket you need to fill out the forum at /contact

Just to add on to this, currently there are 3 ways to open a new support ticket:

https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

For some reason, I can't find links to any of these anywhere outside of the last time I posted them.
