yeah man I hope T-Mac will get past the first round next season. Now that they have rick adelman as their new head coach. I think this will be an exciting season for the rockets.

lol i stoped hoping and started believing for this year cause it makes sence since the got the new coach and mike james from minnisota and the also had some good picks in the draft.

its T-Mac for me... I mean 13 pts in 35sec?? now that's business!!

Wow i haven't seen that, I remember in a playoff game in 1995 Reggie Miller did something similar score was 105-99 Knicks with 15 seconds left he tied the game with a three pointer stole the inbound pass shot another three to tie it then Indiana fouled Starks, Starks misses both free throws the Knicks with 2 offensive rebounds and missed then fouled Miller and Pacers won the game LOL. That had to be one of the greatest games I've ever seen.

lol i remmber seeing that and didnt he put his hand around his neck meaning the knicks were chocking to spike lee lol

how doent it im saying they still better def then the 60s cause its the 90s there 30 years of progress in there. also thanks for arguing lol

haha because there was 30 years of pregression that makes it better? your jokig right? Dont be an idiot please. Nba teams in the 90s aside from the bad boys pistons didnt play much defense. It was more of a superstards league. Jordan would have to deal with much tougher helter skelte r type defenseive players than.
I mean it took hi 4years to beat the pistons who were the closest thing they had to a defensive effort team from that era...enough said

lol what about the jazz in the 90s and the rockets and magics with shaq and even the bulls played defenes with scottie u can win without do and nothing gets big without progress lol and what about ney york with there shock blocking center Patrick Ewing they all great d not just the pistons.

haha alot of that was very hard to understand due to your wording..but you mentioned alot of superstars...which is what i said ...your making a case for me right now...yes individual talents were there but TEAM defense is what i was comparing too thus why i said the bad boy pistons

Lebron James

Lebron is the most over-rated basketball player.
Steve Nash is the best. He should have gotten his 3rd MVP this year.

Coming from Chi-town no other then Michael Jordan. There will be no other damnit stop comparing every rising star as the "next Jordan" there will never be a "next Jordan." I mean seriously he was the only guy ever in the NBA to be treated as the best player ever in basketball history and NO ONE will deny that fact. Think about it how many people and kids back in the day every time you made an amazing shot you say "Jordan". No one shoots an amazing shot or fadeaway and says "Magic", or "Bird" or "Kareem". Plus he STILL has awesome shoes.

Actuall i will argue with you...Bill Russell is the greatest basketball player of all time

ONly player in nba history to average over 20 rebounds in a reason
11 championships in 13 years
5 time mvp. made 13 allstar appearnces
and thats just for starts

Trevor (OP)

funny thing thought bill russel played when the playoffs were played with 4 teams on east and west and the campition wasnt that hard also he had a realy good supporting cast like bob cousy and but michael had to play in a time with the bad boys of detroit and hakimes rockets and the jazz with stocktin and malone. i knew someone would bring this up.

True..... but since they didn't record block at his time, he would've been one of the best defensive players that could've played in the NBA. So I'll have to agree with Trevor and say he is the best player in history.

i metioner there team first and then said the star cause thats realy the only ppl i can remember and secondly theres no way the 60s could have better defense then the 90s also the players i would love to see a match between the celtics of the 60s vs. the bulls of the 90s and see who would win the game and also win the defensive battle. lol it would be clearly the bulls .

also the only reason bill got so many rebounds was cause he was realy the only big man back then except for wilt
