Hello, so I think I was just charged four consecutive times via itunes for the monthly subscription, eventhough I had just recently paid for a full year, why is this happening? Thank you.

Did you sign up for the full-year via iTunes, or directly through CR? If the latter, then I'm guessing it happened because the CR billing and the iTunes billing are completely separate things, so if you didn't actually cancel your monthly through iTunes, they are going to keep billing you, because they don't know anything about the yearly subscription you would have purchased via CR.

But, even if both the monthly and yearly are through iTunes, you'll need to contact Apple to get things sorted out:

Saitama, I checked, I just have one expired subscription, and they suspected it was from here since I had a charge back in september, that's okay, it might not be crunchyroll after all, and someone could have gotten ahold of my card and just made a purchase with a similar price, thank you for your help!

bump, so itunes has just charged me again after charging me back to back 4 times for the 7.37

could anyone please cancel these reccuring payments happening to [email protected] ??? please.

You need to address this with Apple. CR has no access to their billing systems.
