Depends on what we are talking about, overall I think censorship is bad; however, I do believe that things should be kept appropriate for the age group viewing.

How about never? If you have a problem with something then just don't watch/read it. If you don't like gore or violence, don't watch horror films. If you don't like sex, don't watch sexual films like Fifty Shades of Grey. If you don't like homosexuality don't watch stuff about gay romance.
