Do you have any destructive hobbies. i don't mean like destructive to your social life or career, i mean like actually destroying things.

Me? i like to burn anything that i haven't been told not to burn. my hid all my lighters though

Being sensitive and opening up on the forums is destructive sometimes, but I believe I grow by letting in criticism sometimes and examining differing viewpoints even when I'm not convinced.

Another one in the past was dieting, it got bad at one point but I got back up to a healthy weight.

That's all I can think of atm.

Well, since I really don't want to face the consequences of breaking or ruining something, I don't destroy anything...I would love to, though.

Tameshigiri and backyard cutting can be a destructive hobby. Fire is fun, too.

When I used to skate a lot I'd usually "focus" my board when I bought a new one.

I also enjoy going to the shooting range although I haven't been to one in a long time.

I wouldn't necessarily call either of those destructive hobbies, though. I feel like "destruction related to hobbies" would be a more appropriate description.

"burning things" seems less of a hobby more of a symptom on the DSM...

We used lighters in a science experiment today. I burned a lot of things beside what was pertaining to the experiment. Yah for fire resistant lab tables.

Wood chopping and axe-ing things that I'm about to throw out. Not hugely destructive but man does it feel good!

Nah. I'm more of a Graham Specter than a Ladd Russo. It's more fun to deconstruct than it is to destroy.

Destroying things as a part of a hobby, nope.
