Do you take criticism well?
Posted 2/1/16 , edited 2/2/16
This is one of those new hire application questions right? On paper I will say I take criticism well because it helps me grow as a person and work more efficientlly but what I really want to say is, "Bitch, you're no better than me so fuck off

I do, since I kind of have to. As a reporter my stuff always gets read by an editor and sometimes that comes with criticism, albeit it's always constructive. In the end I think that's the way most criticism should be, whether it's a coach telling something to an athlete or an editor pointing out an issue. At the end of the day, the goal is improvement, so criticism is a "necessary evil" so to speak. As long as there's no malice behind it I can take it well.

No, I get the shit out of people until they finally agree with me.

It takes time but it's effective.

But sometimes, SOMETIMES, I apologise if I did something wrong.

No, since I can't help my cause of being naturally sensitive
