When a show has both a subbed and dubbed version on Crunchy they will most often be listed in different sections on the same show page--much as if they were different "seasons" of a series. (When therere are just a couple of videos they might show up next to each other, but the dub will be clearly labeled as such.

There's no overall setting for you to change.
