I used to read manga but mostly stopped four or five years ago. One Piece is the only manga I still read.

There some show that i really like so when they ended i picked up from where they left off. Other stuff like One Piece and Fairy Tail I just don't want to have to deal with the filler.I love bingging manga especial shounen stuff

I read more manga than I watch anime. But I rarely use MAL for anything other than looking up seiyuus and misc. production information (like an anime IMDB).

I do. Have always liked reading, so I decided to give manga a try and ended up enjoying it. It's nice for when I have free time, although now I have to decide between watching anime, reading manga, or playing video games.

I do but like many others, I end up watching more anime than reading manga mostly because of the cost. I'll generally only go for manga if there's a show I really liked or if there's something new coming out from one of the authors I follow. Plus, I like novels which entertain me for far longer than a manga at about the same price.

I love reading, but I've never really gotten hooked on manga at all. I know there are absolutely some series I'd enjoy but I don't think I'd ever be a constant reader.

Usually I'll only read manga if I really liked the anime adaptation.

Im too lazy to read manga. and I don't like the fact that it's in black and white.

but I agree with the manga readers. When I used to read bleach and follow it religiously, I kinda stopped watching the anime, cuz the anime (just like how book-versions of tv/movies) didn't really convey the whole plot and action and blahblah.

But yeah I don't like reading like that. So I'm too lazy to read manga. I'd do it irl for like social reasons, but in my spare time idk. I'd have to really love a series to read its source, like doing the VN of Fate/Stay: Night.

I probably buy more manga than anime nowadays. I stream more anime than anything and honestly, I'm a cheap bastard.

Also, I love reading and there seems to be more of a variety of manga out there.

I read manga. Been reading it since I was a kid with Shonen Jump Vol 2 Issue 1 being the first manga I ever read. I liked Yu-Gi-Oh at the time and Yami Yugi was on the cover, so I bought it. Though I didn't get another issue and start buying more regularly until I bought Vol 3 Issue 4.

I like how manga is more of a personal project, usually done by one or 2 people, with a couple of assistants and an editor, opposed to anime which requires a whole studio and many animators. I like seeing different adaptations of the same thing, so i'll watch the anime, and read the manga and light novel of the same series. In many series the original (LN or manga) will surpass the adaptations, so it's nice to see the how the original author continues and ends it.

And with the increase in legal simulpub, it's nice if I can get into a manga before the anime is released, and read ahead when it does come out.

Just like how I look forward to the scheduled releases of my favorite anime, I look forward to Weekly Shonen Jump coming out every Monday afternoon, new releases Monday night or Tuesday morning and Weekly Shonen Magazine here on Crunchyroll Tuesday evening.

I've read a little but didn't really get into it because the pace was too slow plus it's hard to get all of the issues in a series. I'll stick to anime.
