Hello


I got a 1 month Crunchyroll free trial but then forgot about it so after another month past it charged my card. Now for the 3rd month it's about to charge me again in about 3-4 days. I have been trying to cancel my recurring payment for about a couple of weeks now because I don't find myself watching anime that much anymore. I'm okay with the first payment because that was my fault on forgetting to cancel it, but now I just cancel it for the life of me and I really don't want to pay for something I'm not using anymore.


If an admin can help me cancel it, that would be really great and much appreciated. Thank you.

I am finding issues with the same thing as the above poster - I am trying to cancell my recurring payment plan and it just keeps giving me the same message .

"Thank you for your response!

You may not cancel your membership at this time.

Your membership will not be cancelled until you click below."

And I may be blind and just not able to find the right place to click, but would be greatly appreciate if a mod could help me cancell my recurring plan or tell me how to finish it myself.

You don't have an active premium membership. It failed payment at the first recurrence.

But why is it still pending?

Its the correct card that is entered ..

And its not that I wanna dispute that I have used CR for the last month but I just wanna cancell my recurring plan so it doesnt do another withdraw on the 15th.

Greatly appreciate the help.

Won't happen unless you actually pay for the current month.

Yeah well how would I go about that? The CreditCard is the correct one so no idea why it is still pending.. How can i force it/is there way around so its not just pending..

Your payment was already processed at the time, but had not updated in our system. I've canceled the renewal and refunded the charge.

I've got the opposte issue. it tells me today my credit card is invalid(even though got the cash and netflix got charged same day no probs).
so it isn't my credit card but crunchyroll.
(i know this might be the wrong place to post this but idk how to contact CR about this)
