My premium just expired, and i did as i allways do. I bought one month from the store, works great. However i get the code, it all checks out, its still valid untill 12/01/2017 but i cant redeem it.
I encounter server error 500 when i try to claim my prize.
Im guessing this is temporary but ive tried for seven hours now,

So, let me get this right.. This has been an issue for over a week and you are saying it didn't get fixed because of a holiday weekend? A holiday weekend is only 3 days... This specific post was posted 8 days ago. That leaves 5 business days that this should've/could've been fixed.

Also, in the final reply from a support staff member states that we will get an update "later today".. This was posted yesterday... No further update.

Myself and others have paid money for a service and it is not being fulfilled or apparently even having issues reasonably addressed.

I am trying to pay for 2 accounts currently and support is lacking.

You can't take people's money and say "oh well" for over a week. That's not how the world works...

Update us at minimum.

I purchased a Premium gift (for myself) on 14December15, and went to redeem it on 14Jan16 when my premium account expired. I had the same problem as described (server error 500, blank page) and no Premium account instantiation. I have sent several emails to Crunchyroll via the web-based support page, and to the support @crunchyroll.com email address for the past several days, and no reply. WTF?

My credit card was billed back in December, and now no goods are being delivered. The average person might look at this as dishonest behavior.

If anyone that works at Crunchyroll happens to see this, can you kindly get this problem addressed in a timely way?

Please send in a ticket via /contact and mark it as a store issue. Include the associated order number/the code your received.
