Teaboos. You might not know what it means, but everyone's dealt with them.

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=teaboo

You know what I'm talking about. Teenage girls obsessed with Doctor Who and Harry Potter faking British accents on a daily basis. Who wear Harry Potter earrings and wear a tee shirt of the British Flag. Who pretend they're from England on the internet to look cool. Who only drink tea and pretend that they know everything about England because of TV shows. Who use British curse words to look cool. Who say they want to move to England just for the accents and the TV shows.

You know the ones.

So what are your experiences with Teaboos?

What do you think of Teaboos? Do they get on your nerves or do you just not care?

I've actually dealt with people like this before. I knew this one girl who faked a British accent and pretended her mom was british. She also used to wear a doctor who cosplay to school. *cringe*

I've seen people like this but never had to deal with them. I'm imagining the same kind of cringe I'd get from weeaboos.

I remember walking along in San Francisco and seeing some scrawny white teenagers wearing Naruto gear. They weren't even in costumes, they were wearing stuff as though that was how they dressed daily. I could not help but stare. People go into public like that.

Judging hat on.

I knew girls who always talked about how much better British and Aussie guys were. I just hit them with that reality check since I'm friends with lots of guys from both countries. Tbh they just tried to deny it, like they couldn't believe that Brits and Aussies can be as big of assholes as Americans lmao.

Don't get me wrong, I'm cool with them and they're chill, but it's not like they're that different from anyone else.

Absolutely, our teenage chav culture (which also seems to be so deep rooted that it lasts into some people's 30s) are usually extremely rude, troublesome and very disrespectful to anything and anyone.

Also the 'language' they use is a cringeworthy mass of butchered British English, Jamaican and American English that lacks sense.
