Looks like something a witch doctor would wave around.

Would you keep it after removal?

Yeah, I would keep it. Why? Because it is mine to do as I please. It was in my body, I should be able to take it with me. I would put it in a jar and have it on my mantle as a conversational piece.

I've heard a similar story in the past. This unborn twin thing is uncommon, but not unheard of.

Also, no, I wouldn't keep it. Rather, I'm pretty sure I'd be glad to be rid of it.

EDIT: I guess the article mentioned that. I skipped the longer paragraphs my first time through the article, so I hadn't noticed.

Truly looks like a cursed object.... poor guy, having that evil looking.... dead human head... resting inside him all these years.

Cremate and bury the "kid" or whatever somewhere safe.... don't want that coming back to haunt anyone... though I am pretty sure that it will haunt the teenager for the rest of his days....

I'd keep it in a jar in the attic.

If I ever need my heart replaced, the old heart goes into a jar, too.

I have a jar full of my own teeth. They're interesting to look at and I still remember how some of them felt while they were still in my mouth. The shapes of teeth are unique.

"... although there are reported cases of them being found in skulls and even scrotums, among others."
