That Korean bbq thread got me hungry and I remembered I was gonna make omuraisu tonight and I am very ready to eat it.

What is some of your favorite foods?

Rare Steak with a dab of butter on top with a big side of steamed Broccoli/brussel sprouts/cauliflower all slathered in butter and salt.

A salmon soup I make that has Bone broth for the base with cabbage and shredded radishes, A fillet of salmon, a whole avocado, Half the juice of a lime and a secret ingredient.

Curry spiced rice with cashew butter mixed in with a bit of lentils, 2 chicken legs and a side of spicy sauerkraut.

I've never had authentic Italian food, but it always reminds me of a story.
My dad went there on a business trip and they'd have him go to these like 3-5 course meals and hated it, went down the street to a mom and pop restaurant and had the best plate of spaghetti ever.

Chicken Marsala (made this a few weeks back).

I would also love Rind Rouladen over a bed of Spätzle with a nice Maß (1 liter) of beer

Sauerkraut is bomb. Try it with beer brats, diced onions, and some stone ground mustard on a hot dog bun.

The mom and pop places are the best.
