Okay so I have been having a hard time finding more anime (that I like) to watch, so I've come here hoping to get some good suggestions. Btw I'm fine with generic anime so don't hold back, and if its a popular anime like Naruto, Another, Gode: Geass or FMA then I've probably already heard about it and am not interested. Also, if seeing my full anime list would help then its the page on my profile if you wanna check it out. But for anyone who doesn't want to do that then I'm gonna list a bunch of anime I've seen here and color code them accordingly:
Blue - I loved it, I would love to see an anime similar to this
Green - It was good, I wouldn't mind trying something similar to this
Red - Wasn't to my tastes, I'd like something different

The Pet Girl of Sakurasou

I haven't seen a LOT of the anime you have on that list, so I'll just give you the ones I really enjoyed.

Top 6 Anime:

1) "Sword Art Online" (Which you've seen.)
2) "Gurren Lagann" (Which you've seen.)
3) "Cowboy Bepop"
4, 5, & 6) "Non Non Biyori"/"Durarara"/"GIRLS und PANZER" (Which you've seen, but those 3 are all tied for the last spot.)

Others you may like that I think are pretty good:

"Sailor Moon Crystal"
"Puella Magi Madoka Magica"
"Fist of the North Star"
"Akagi"
"Kaiji"
"Lupin the Third Part 2"
"JoJo's Bizarre Adventure"
"Zettai Boei Leviatan"

They're all of different genres, so if you don't like 1, don't write off the rest just yet. Hope that helps!

Gintama if you want something long-running
Shakugan no Shana
BTOOOM!

Those are the best 3 I can give ya without putting in popular stuff.

I got a few you might enjoy.

Overlord. This is very similiar to SAO or Log horizon, but in this anime, the MC is "the bad guy". Kinda. But neverthless, it is very good, might just be if i HAD to pick up favorite anime, it would be this.

GATE. Vedan could explain this anime so much better, i but i hope this will help. http://myanimelist.net/anime/28907/Gate:_Jieitai_Kanochi_nite_Kaku_Tatakaeri

I can tell you really like Overlord I checked it out a while ago but got distracted, I guess I'll try it again soon, thanks.
And I was actually watching GATE back when it was coming out but got bored of waiting for the episode and stopped at 10, but since it's already getting a new season, I'll probably get back to watching it once this season is done.

Let me know which one's you've decided on and how you like them. I can maybe tailor some of my future suggestions to that, since I know these series a little better.

I haven't gotten around to watching any of these yet, I just recently finished BTOOOM! which was really good. I'm probably gonna watch Non Non Biyori, and I kinda want to watch Durarara but the amount of episodes is intimidating, I'd have to binge watch it in summer or something

There's only 2 seasons completed of both those shows! You'll get through them both in a breeze! "Durarara" is in it's 3rd season now, but I've had people recommend shows to me from the 80's, and they've had hundreds of episodes. You'll be fine, and once you start, you won't be able to stop.

If you like romances you should watch these: (I didn't check your list thoroughly so if you had it on the list, sorry!)
My Love Story
Really cute, and the art style is pretty interesting. The younger girls are done all cutesy in art style, then there is Takeo who (if you like One Piece's character style) you'll think he's got interesting looks! His friend looks basically like every otaku's dream anime husband, 'the hottie'. The art style is interesting to me since it's mixed up, and I am enjoying it a lot! I'm half way done with it, but already recommend it to everyone who likes romance.
Say "I Love You"
An interesting story, very goofy and awkward at times. I finished this anime, and really liked it, I'd watch it again with someone who hasn't seen it. It's about a girl who doesn't want friends, or a boyfriend, but one day she injures this innocent guy, and he starts to like her. It's pretty cute!
My Little Monster
If you haven't heard of this, I'm surprised. It was a big hit with a lot of people. It's like the anime above, but this one is kind of a wild goose chase to the heart. The two main characters are never really on the same side. The girl is Shizuku, and the boy is Haru. Haru likes Shizuku, but she doesn't feel the same, so Haru tries to give it time and make her like him. When she does feel the same, Haru decides he thinks he doesn't like her anymore. So then Shizuku ends up waiting for Haru. It seriously sent me on an emotional roller coaster.

I've seen My Little Monster and "Say I Love You" but I haven't seen My Love Story yet, I've definitely heard of it and seen gifs and such from it though, I'll proabably check it out really soon, thanks ^.^
