Hello, I'm a premium member and I enjoy having no ads play during the videos. But the website has ads all over the place. To the point that i cant even see the whole video as its playing. And to add to that I cant even click out of the ads. I just have to watch the show that I'm paying for with an ad blocking my view. Not even full screen helps cause the ad just enlarges with the screen. How can i fix this? It's very irritating. I've included an image of the screen at full size with an ad still blocking the video. I'm not sure if this is a problem with my internet browser or the website. Because I've never seen this many ads when i used the app.

Start by disabling add-ons. It's been confirmed that Crunchyroll Enhanced is adware, but there are likely others.

That looks like an infection with some sort of malicious ad-ware. Probably some browser bar or addon you installed. You should check your PC for malware.

Thanks for the tips. I closed out of that browser and installed Google chrome, not sure what else I can do but chrome doesn't have that problem. The computer is a rental though and I've only installed steam and steam games do idk where the virus, if that's what it is, came from. But at least I can watch it on chrome with no problems

google-anything should be avoided(that is if you oppose spyware companies) imo. try opera 12.17 and look for / block *video.mp4.

edit, ftw (for those wondering) google owes its' funding to a major U.S. Intelligence agency.

Malwarebytes Free Edition is your friend ! Also , you said it's a rental ? there may be a pre-installed program that happens to trigger when on CR . Go to Majorgeeks.com & download Malwarebytes and another program called PC Decrapifier . It's good for finding trial-ware and other unneeded junk .
