Just wait for tomorrow and hope I'll be me again. Then the next day and so on until I come back. You get used to it after a while. It really depends on what sort of down you're talking about. Just depressed vs clinical depression. If the latter I suggest to seek professional help and if not then at the very least buy yourself some time until you feel good again. Just keep waiting for tomorrow...eventually it will get here.

Reading,gaming, among other things. But usually, I try to figure out the cause and reason why I'm feeling down, and aim to distract myself from said cause/reason. (This includes, gaming,reading, and anime)

If I feel very depressed I tend to hurt myself (no cuts =3=), just banging my head on the wall, punch the wall, pull my hair, or scratch myself. Idk, it just how I can release my anger/sadness/emotion

Other than that, I wear headphones and listen to music, write and write and write, think deeply, or style my hair and look gorgeous af with my red eyes and red nose

Wallow in it. Sometimes I listen to nice music. Usually I just sleep and hope I feel better when I wake up.

When I've had a long, very stressful day, I sometimes I watch a Ghibli movie to soothe my spirit.

It depends on why I feel down.
I may watch random videos on YouTube, I may listen to music, I may eat, talk to a close friend, I may just sit and do nothing till it I feel like myself again, or I may write a poem

Those coloring books are legit. I put on an audiobook and color or crochet. Or sometimes I just get sucked into a video game to block everything else out.

Sit with it, when it comes to my emotions I try and not ignore them or suppress them unless I have to. If its bad enough I'll cry.
