Storme raised an eyebrow. It was quite an unusual name. Granted, his name was arguably worse, but still. He wasn't used to it from others. "That's an unusual name." He commented, shifting in his bed slightly. "Storme Richardson." His gaze shifted from it's spot staring at the ceiling to the boy, clutching his sheep like a child. He seemed to be having a hard time going to sleep as well. The awkward air in the room probably didn't help, he figured, and despite being completely responsible for it he found himself becoming annoyed at Lukiesse for it. He wasn't one to accept blame when it was pushed towards him, anyways. He shifted once more and tried to get to sleep. Either way, it seemed that he was going to end up needing a lot of coffee in the morning. He wanted to say that Lukiesse probably had some, but for some reason it seemed like someone so small as him wouldn't have coffee. He had to be about a foot shorter than Storme. He laid there for quite some time before deciding that sleep wouldn't occur, and then quite suddenly sprang out ot bed, moving to the kitchen. "Do you have coffee here?" He asked. It was quite rude of him to assume that he could just take whatever, but he didn't seem to notice. Or care, really. "Or, like, alcohol?"

Lukiesse stretched, as he placed his stuffed sheep to the side of his bed, getting out of his bed and following after Storme. "You have a pretty unusual name as well." He added, before getting on his tippy toes to reach the cabinets, taking out some coffee powder, handing it to Storme. "I only have coffee, yet I don't drink it so I have a lot left. I don't have an alcohol. If you want some, go to the cafeteria to get it." His fears from earlier seemed to have boiled down, as he looked at Storme, then went into the fridge, opened it, and took out a Red Bull. He drank at least half of it, and put the rest back in the fridge. He walked behind Storme, going back to his bed, and kneeled down, pulling a bag from under his bed. He opened it, took out a shirt and pants, and put the bag back under his bed. He stripped off his shirt, seeming to forget Storme was even there, as he faced his back to the large mirror he had placed on his side of the room. There as a scar on his back, connected with a few smaller ones, as he scorned at it. He put his shirt back on, "... how long will it take to fade?" He muttered, as he put on his new pair of pants as well. He turned back around, and saw Storme in the kitchen, 'Did he see me take off my clothes?'

Storme paused to narrow his eyes at Lukiesse. Normally he would have said something like 'fuck off', but he figured since he also pointed out Lukiesse's unusual name it was fair. He still didn't like it, however. He watched him get in his tippy toes to reach the coffee. He was so small, he mused. Storme started looking around for a coffee filter as Lukiesse spoke, however he really stopped paying attention when he said he 'only had coffee'. Storme had found what he needed and settled with his back against the counter as he waited for it to start brewing when Lukiesse began to undress. He was at first a bit confused on what the bag was for even after Lukiesse had taken his clothes out of it, and it was only when he pulled his shirt off that Storme realized what he was doing. He raised an eyebrow and moved to look away before the scar caught his eye. Instinctively, his hand went to his chest. He had one too, although it was less of a fractured looking one and more of one long one going down diagonally on his chest. He didn't want to pry, but he did wonder what the scar was from. It would make sense with Lukiesse's fearful manner if he had been hurt before, he mused. Lost in thought it wasn't until Lukiesse looked back at him did he realize he was staring. He raised an eyebrow again in an amused expression. "Do you normally just do that?" He asked flatly. He didn't really mind it so much, but it was rather new for him.

Lukiesse blushed a bit when he noticed that Storme was actually watching him undress. He adjusted his shirt, and as he heard Storme's question, he looked to the side, uneasy. "... Yes, it's become a habit now." He didn't talk further on the subject, like it would be a grim tale to tell. He suddenly changed from an uneasy expression to a kind of forced smile, as he looked up at Storme. "Did you figure out how to make the coffee?" He asked, wandering over to the kitchen to look at the coffee maker. It's as if he didn't even know he had it. He watched the coffee maker make the coffee, as he looked back at Storme. "... so, you're a police officer?" He asked, his lavender eyes scanning Storme's face for any expression. It was still slightly dark in the room, but the sun was starting to rise, so it was just barely lit in the room. Lukiesse was wearing a long, white shirt with some grey shorts and striped stockings. He looked rather cute in his normal clothes, though his hair was a mess. It was a bright white color, and his bangs curled from the sides, and the rest of his hair was straight. It was very poofy from him rolling around in bed for awhile, though.

Storme watched him closely as his demeanor changed. He wasn't exactly the most elegant about it, but he was quite good at being able to read people. "Huh." He said. Lukiesse seemed to want to get off the subject, but Storme couldn't stop thinking about it even as the conversation continued. "Oh, uhm, yea." He said, looking back at the coffee maker behind him. He honestly couldn't believe Lukiesse didn't like the stuff. It was probably Storme's second favorite thing to drink. "I am. My department isn't from here, though." He said. His gaze shifted away at the end of that sentence, before he pushed off of the back of the bounter to a fully standing position. He stood less than a foot in front of Lukiesse now, looking straight down at him. He crossed his arms out of instinct. All in all, he looked quite intimidating like this, contrasting Lukiesse's aesthetic completely. The only thing they had in common was their hair. Storme's was also white and unkempt, although it always seemed to be like that. The top part was usually flat from the police cap he wore, however the hair past his ear seemed to curl up slightly and stick out at almost a 90 degree angle. Storme was also rather muscular, and not the super lean type either. He had defined abs and his arms were noticeably muscular as well, however it wasn't in the gross kind of way. It was much more noticable when he crossed his arms, however. "Why do you ask?" He said. His semi-pissed tone surfaced again, however he didn't mean much harm by it.

Lukiesse seemed to be getting used to Storme's way of speaking now, as he stood up, looking up at Storme. He was as scary as ever, yet he felt that Storme didn't mean any harm. He dusted off the wrists of his long sleeve shirt, as it had some coffee powder on it. "No reason, really. I'm not all that fond of police officers, so I wanted to confirm if you were on their team or not. But since you aren't posted here, I guess you aren't." He said, turning back to the coffee maker. He seemed to have a dislike of police for some odd reason, and a particular team at that. When he mentioned it, his eyes seemed to grow cold, but as soon as he looked at the coffee maker, it was like he wasn't sad at all. He was even grinning. The coffee maker beeped and Lukiesse jumped back with a slight yelp, blushing at his own reaction. His reflexes were not so great, so he ended up falling on his butt. He quickly stood back up to regain his posture, and looked to the side as if saying "say anything about it and I'll make sure you won't be able to anymore"

Storme raised an eyebrow. "Their team?" He tilted his head slightly. Perhaps this had to do with the scar on his back? Storme narrowed his eyes. He doubted that such a little person had gotten in trouble with the law before, however he had been surprised before. He opened his mouth to say something again before Lukiesse suddenly fell, chuckling when he yelped. He managed to give a mighty intimidating glare once he regained his footing, but Storme wasn't that phased. Instead he turned around to grab a mug once the coffee was done. He poured himself some and drank it immediately, seemingly not caring that it was hot. He blinked, the taste of the coffee already waking him up a little. What was he talking about? Right. He stepped closer to Lukiesse again, except for this time, they were much closer. "You don't happen to be in trouble with the law, do you?" He asked. He edged closer to him slightly, backing him into the corner of the cabinets.

Lukiesse watched as the man chuckled at him, and took a huge swig of boiling hot coffee. As Storme got closer, he felt his back reach the corner of the cabinets, and he stopped moving back, to look straight up at Storme. His smile disappeared at the question, his face going neutral, then serious. "I'm not so stupid as to let myself go if I did anything that disobeyed the law. If you're thinking about what I said earlier, then the people you're looking for are my older brother and father." He looked away uneasy by the sudden thought of his family, biting his lip. He didn't really know what to say. Should he tell the guy or not? He sighed, muttering out one last line to give a bigger hint as to what had happened. "... though it may appear on the surface that my family was fine without my mother, inside the family it was not." When he stated that, he looked up at Storme with cloudy, cold eyes that knew the intentions of an angered man.

Storme was intrigued by the sudden change in attitude from Lukiesse. He didn't expect him to be happy when the subject was provoked, but he didn't expect that such a negative reaction would come from him. Perhaps he should just leave the subject? He shook his head. He didn't care. "You know I could bring you in for questioning just for that." He said. His hand instinctively went to his belt to grab his handcuffs, before he remembered that he had taken his belt off before he laid down. Not that he would actually bring him in, but still. His unease at the mention of his family seemed to comfirm his suspicions about the boy. "Is that why you have those scars on your back?" He asked. He almost felt bad, taking advantage of such a poor person. Lukiesse's current stare didn't seem to help him feel better, as he recognized that look in his eyes. Sure, something like that didn't exactly happen to him, but still.

Lukiesse flinched slightly when Storme moved his hands to his belt, but relaxed when he saw it wasn't really anything. He looked to the side, and puffed out his cheeks. "... if you want to take me in, I won't stop you." He adjusted his shirt as he felt his uneasiness get even worse, as he was asked such a serious question. He froze in his place, as if suddenly remembering something. He gripped his arm that began to shake, and bit his lip. He took a moment to breath, before turning back to Storme, looking up at him with a serious yet fearful look on his face. "... yes. My father went mad and my brother was blackmailed by my father, so in the end they both abused me. My father... thought I was the reason my mother died." He looked down at his feet at the last sentence, his breathing quickening a bit as he felt slightly faint at the memories. "Even when I called for help... the police just turned a blind eye on me.." He muttered, his arms falling at his sides.

Storme frowned and backed off of him slightly, his hand going back to the back of his head. "Uhm. Sorry." He said. He wasn't all that good with sympathy. Lukiesse looked quite helpless when he spoke about his past. Storme could relate, however he was still a bit more guarded with his personal information. His father and brother both turning against him sounded like hell, honestly. He had seen stuff like that before with the kids that were at the same orphanage with him, and later while he was in the force. "Is that why you were so frightened of me?" He asked, crossing his arms again. He usually didn't see someone so scared of him. The crying and everything made sense now.

Lukiesse looked up at Storme, who actually made a different expression for once. He blinked as he was asked the question, and thought about it for a bit. "... Sort of, but it was mainly because I saw it as a huge buff guy coming into my room, suddenly grabbing my shirt and pulling me a foot off the ground, and interrogating me in the dark. Honestly, I thought I was going to die." He had a look that was kinda pissed, yet straightly honest. Lukiesse looked like the cute and kind pretty boy, but he was the honest yet cold type despite his goody-two-shoes look. He relaxed when he was given some space, adjusting his shirt again. It seemed to be a habit he had when he was uneasy. He looked at Storme's cup of coffee, and then back at his face. Storme looked rather scary and buff, but he was actually pretty caring for something that had the power to kill him.

Storme blinked. "Oh. Uhm, right." He said. "I couldn't hear you." He mumbled. He wouldn't have usually reached down and pulled him so close. He was a little surprised by how much his attitude had changed since they first met. Granted, he was doing all that stuff that Lukiesse had summarized pretty well when they first met, but still. He was nothing like what he was before. Lukiesse seemed to be examining him as well. "Would you be okay with... Showing me your scar?" He asked. He wasn't sure why he wanted to see it, but it wasn't like he had anything better to do. He put the mug down beside Lukiesse on the counter, and stepped back a little further so he could move around more.

Lukiesse listened as Storme mumbled, as he stretched once again. He watched Storme put aside his coffee, back up, and ask to see his scar. Lukiesse processed what he asked, then nodded slightly. "... I'd be fine showing it." He replied, gently removing his long shirt, setting it aside, as he turned around to show his scar. It was a diagonal scar that started a bit below his right shoulder, and went all the way across his back and barely reached his hips. There were a few bruises that looked fresh, and a few other smaller scars and cuts surrounding the larger scar. It seemed that the abuse hadn't let up even though he had moved into the dorms.

Storme raised an eyebrow as he inspected his back, holding up a hand as if to trace down the scar and yet never actually touching him. "They still do this to you?" He said. It was more of a statement than a question, however. He bit his lip. Technically, he was supposed to do sonething in this sotuation, but he wasn't sure if it was really in his jurisdiction to do so. "How often do you see them?" He asked. He figured that perhaps he was being forced to go, or maybe they came here? The second one seemed unlikely, but till possible. He groaned to himself. If they came here and woke him up he would beat the shit out of them. He wasn't too invested in them enough to go out and do it on a whim, but still. He wanted to ask if it hurt, but he figured that the answer to that was already yes. Storme continued to inspect him, his eyes falling on his shirt. His eyes wandered to his own shirt, covered in alcohol stains from last night. "You don't happen to have a washing machine, do you?" He asked. Did he even have another shirt? He leaned to look into the bedroom where he put gis stuff down. He would get that later.
