Hmm, I probably would steer clear of anything as crazy as reality warping, or time travel. In every instance of powers like that, the limitation has been that the potential of the power lies in the inherent comprehension of the individual. Frankly I'd probably fuck up the universe, like big time.

Probably second up in raw usefulness imo, but way safer would be manipulating gravity. On a subatomic level, you could restructure elements to whatever you wanted to.

In addition to this, manipulating gravity would allow for flying, super speed among others.. hell, you could restructure your own cells to shape-shift if you were so inclined.

Plunder or Adaptability: The power to GET ANY POWER AND KEEP IT.

I'd assume it would come at a hefty cost, though. Either that, or you can only use said power once every so often.

I'll one-up that power.

And dont' think you can just steal her power in return.

No, that's what I mean't when I wrote my post. I wasn't specific enough. What I had in mind was, when he/she get's the power, that person has instant mastery over it and can combine with any power he/she has to make something even better; possibly even more.

Basically: Person gets power, keeps power, gets instant mastery of power, can use power with other powers in his/her disposal to make combinations.

This is OP as shit, so i'm finding ways to make a balance, if any. Perhaps a great cost would help? Hmm..

Sort of like Sai from Naruto? Ahaha, I could see that ability being funny if you couldn't draw very well!

My Top 3 would probably be Time/Space Travel, Transformation, or some type of "Magic" that includes a bunch of practical spells.

Time/Space, as someone mentioned, sounds great, but in practice you'd probably screw something up bad. Even changing your own past to "improve it" could send you on a different path and result in some paradox where you died before you went back in time or something crazy like that. It'd be great for observing and learning, or doing little things like defending yourself, but interfering in history, or going back to save lives or kill villains might be the opposite of useful.

Transformation is my favourite, as you can be anyone/anything on a whim, and it functions as other powers. For example, if you can transform into a dragon with steel-like scales, you could theoretically just wear the scales like armor under your clothes in human form. If you can alter your body on a molecular scale (for example, gaining ovaries and eggs when you transform into a woman), then you could also heal/regenerate, since you could just patch cuts and reconnect bones or whatever while crime fighting.

And "Magic" is pretty much infinite, so it's hard to even say what's good or bad about it. It depends on if you're like Doctor Strange, Harry Potter, or Merlin, but there wouldn't be much negative about it except that you might be physically weak, but that doesn't mean much if you can put up barriers and turn invisible and stuff.
