Today I submitted 2 words to urban dictionary. Here are my words:

Screwzick: this intolerable noise agitates the mood. This word is meant to be or serve a purpose as being the opposite of music.

How to use it in a sentence: Justin Bieber's music is screwzick.

My next word. Apptions: having options of apps to choose from.

How to use it in a sentence: "Google Play has apptions for you."

A word is created and is broadly used before being added to the dictionary. It's a complicated process and doesn't really work that way.

Didn't know that I just liked my word, could I get my words to become viral if I used them frequently in my videos on my Youtube channel?

To wit, the old myth that the word "Quiz" was introduced into the language by somebody with the bright idea of making it up and writing it all over the walls so that people would ask what it meant, is just that--
"Quis" is Latin for "what", and the 18th-19th cty. college-boy crowd pretty well threw around their Latin fluently.

As for Sniglets, however (which was the Americanized version of a gag started by Douglas Adams), ah, that was a big thing back in the glorious 80's.
