BMI is horribly inaccurate, I'm sure we're all aware. You can't judge if someone is healthy by looking at them, unless they're at extreme ends of the spectrum, so I don't really concern myself with the weight of a person.

As far as diet goes all i eat is egg, lettuce deli meat breads cheese italian dressing ....thats it really

I do love my deli meat, but to be honest it's the worst for you. Even the bread you eat can matter to. I actually only get my bread from a bakery now, cheaper and healthier, and a lot more filling.

Meh, seems like bullshit to me. When I was having my evaluation done for the Air Force my recruiter said 6'4 and 210 is great.

Well turkey slices are always good in my opinion, well better than most choices of lunch meat/sliced meat, and if money isn't an issue chicken is always the best... if you don't mind preparing it.

And for bread, I would just get wraps (pita bread, etc) I find wraps you can put more of whatever you want in it then bread, and most of the time I find them to be more satisfying.
