Unfortunately not. It's lead and mercury if I'm remembering correctly. Biggest flop is their governor is a slackass that's not lifting a pinky to fix it.

If I had excess money it would go straight to whoever is actually trying to fix that problem because that is just nasty.

Busy bitching about the Oscars meanwhile people in Detroit are having this shit as their water.

Cry me a fucking river about your Oscar bullshit, how dare you try to pull the race card when Flint(a predominately black city) is going through a real crisis.Janet Hubert was 100% right.
I swear the last time I actually respected Jada was when she was dating Tupac

Although I do agree that this Oscar shit and the "muh racism" shit are both examples of petty bullshit that normal people shouldn't give a flip about, I hate it when peeps say, "how dare you care about this when THIS is happening?!"

For example, feminazis screaming at gamergate, "busy bitching about vidya meanwhile Ferguson."

I think it's perfectly acceptable for a person to be worried about the Oscars and not pay any attention to Detroit's water problem. Or to discuss 'em both, just in different areas or at different times.

Buuut, since you brought it up.... I actually lived in a place with worse water than that, once. The Fort Peck Indian Reservation in northeastern Montana has some fucked up ground water and the fucked up shit has seeped into cisterns and wells. Our toilet looked like someone had super-liquidy diarrhea before you even used it. When we boiled water to wash our dishes, an oily film would rise to and coat the top. After you got out of the shower, you sometimes felt more greasy than you went in.

We got 5-gallon jugs delivered to us for free, every so often, since the place admits it fucked up the water, but all of that was saved for drinking. We actually had to wash our dishes in taht shit, bathe in it, even (when we REALLY needed some clothes washed and couldn't make it 25 miles on down to Wolf Point, the nearest city, to use the laundromat (the three "cities" of the Rez obviously didn't use wells, but they actually had warnings in the paper the days the had to "blow out the lines" from the water towers, since it released a lot of rust into the system and ruined everyone's laundry, lol).

Yeah, living with dirty fucking water is fucked up, I tell ya. Not an experience I ever want again.

In Paris when asked about his feelings towards black actors not being nominated for Oscars , Leonardo Dicapro, stated " I know how it feels, therefore I now identify as a black man. " . He then promptly left with his rumored to be girlfriend Rihanna Stay tuned for footage of his club battle royale with Chris Brown and Drake.

But, yeah sure, if you want to pretend that it's a race thing, throw a tantrum, pull your race card, and demand "equality" (by equality, you actually want preferential treatment that allows someone of your race to be nominated REGARDLESS of actual performace).... Yeah, sure, go ahead and do that. Meanwhile, even another black actress is calling you on it.

Just so you know "actin a fool" doesn't take good acting, sweetheart.

What about Creed, Dope, NWA and Selma all of those movies got critically acclaimed

And you know what while I'm surprised no black actor or picture wasn't nominated it, I don't think people should act like whiney brats

People have been indulging so heavily into their feelings, they've forgotten that merit is what matters. Not diversity, quotas or feelings. Only merit matter.

Incidentally, it's is, or should be, the exact same when it comes to work and qualifying for a job.

So films such as Girlhood, Creed,NWA, and Dope don't have any merit despite receiving critical response.

There were plenty of Black movies and black actors that should have been nominated over the years, which is the reason for the boycotting idea. With that being said, I don't think this year was one of those years that should be taken into account. Unless I missed a movie that everybody thought should have won? In all fairness though, I don't think there were any movies good enough to be nominated period whether black or white, etc. For the record. Many black people do not watch the Oscars because it was already noted that one of us are not likely to get nominated anyway. She's calling for black people to stop watching something they don't really watch anyway. I'm sure there are a few that do, but not enough to make the Oscars hurt for it.

To be honest. the Academy Awards has been losing it credibility for the last few years (not only because of diversity, but for other reasons), and I agreed with both Spike Lee, Jada Pinkett Smith over the lack of diversity. You can read this BBC article. Geez, even last year Academy Awards the TV viewership has declined, I don't know how and what kind of new low this year Oscar will get. So yeah, I don't take the Academy Awards seriously like it used to.
