New England, just an hour from the MA/NY upstate border, and we got.....nothin'. Not flake one.

We did get some wind, though, does that count?

Not all Easterners. Us here in the New England states merely blink at that much snow and just prepare and hunker down quietly. We're used to it so we don't worry about it as much since our areas are prepared to handle it.

I'm kind of jealous that we didn't get any snow up here in Vermont from the storm. Normally we have quite a lot of snow by now, but the first half of the Winter was warm and rainy with just a couple of small, and I mean inch or less, snowfalls that didn't stay because it warmed up after. It finally started snowing and staying after Christmas, but we've still only gotten about a foot or so TOTAL for snowfall this year. I didn't really want the two feet that they got other places, but up to a foot from it would have been nice. All we got was some snow flurries, small ones, Saturday and yesterday. Though the drive into work on Sunday when my Mom took me in, I don't drive myself, was pretty because it had froze when there was moisture in the air and all the trees had a small coating on them which made them look white and sparkly in the morning sun.

Sent some of that snow my way, East Coasters. I'd like to get off work due to weather too!
