Goku (23rd Budokai) vs. Ryoga Hibiki

Goku wins by technical forfeit after Ryoga fails to arrive at the venue within fifteen minutes of the scheduled start time. Ryoga arrives three days later to discover an empty stadium. Goku celebrates his victory by bankrupting an "all you can eat" buffet.

Tenshinhan (23rd Budokai) vs. Ranma Saotome

The two exchange blows and ki attacks for some time, seeming evenly matched. However, after a flash rainstorm breaks out Tien is bewildered by Ranma's transformation into a girl long enough for Ranma to deliver a flurry of blows with his chestnut fist and win the match.

Yamcha (23rd Budokai) vs. Mousse

Mousse starts out with an early lead using his various hidden weapons and disappearance techniques, but quickly loses his glasses while dodging a wolf fang fist. Yamcha moves in to land a final blow only to crack heads with a frantically confused Mousse. Both are knocked out and the match is declared a draw.

Muten Roshi vs. Cologne

A raging exchange of secret techniques and powers derived from various ancient relics ensues, and for a time it seems that a victor will never be declared. However, when Cologne produces a set of photographs of Akane Tendo and Ranma Saotome in the nude and compromising positions she'd purchased from Nabiki Tendo a while earlier Roshi becomes preoccupied. As soon as Cologne prepares to take advantage of her opening she discovers that Happosai and Roshi have begun struggling with one another over the photographs. Before officials can manage to arrive to remove Happosai the ring is destroyed by a Happo Fire Burst. Roshi is knocked unconscious by the blast, so Cologne wins by default.

Chi-Chi (23rd Budokai) vs. Shampoo (in a fight)

Chi-Chi uses her mastery of waifu-fu to put Shampoo on the ropes quickly, but Shampoo ultimately takes the lead by scattering poison powder into the air and temporarily paralyzing Chi-Chi. With a sharp blow to the back of Chi-Chi's head Shampoo claims victory.

Chi-Chi (Z-era) vs. Ukyo Kuonji (cooking contest)

Ukyo and Chi-Chi work tirelessly at their respective stations to produce the best dish they possibly can in a one hour time limit. Ukyo decides to use a vat of her father's special sauce that Ranma hadn't ruined to produce a deluxe okonomiyaki plate with all the best toppings, while Chi-Chi goes for more traditional home cooking. Although Ukyo's okonomiyaki is acknowledged by the judges to be both delicious and beautifully presented they award Chi-Chi the prize in recognition of her ability to produce food of comparable quality and outrageously large quantities in a matter of minutes. Chi-Chi attributes her skill to having to cook enough to fill a black hole every night.

Gyumao (Ox-King) vs. Genma Saotome

The Ox King opens strong, punching many holes into the ring as Genma dodges as best he can. Genma, having anticipated he might have to pull a dirty trick or two and having grown out his beard a bit for the occasion, grapples the Ox King and begins snuggling his face against the Ox King's while cooing affectionately. The Ox King recovers from being creeped out, however, and very nearly knocks Genma out of the ring with a mighty throw. Genma, now desperate and on the ropes, invokes his 1,000 Seas technique to temporarily become invisible. Moments later a mighty yell is heard and Genma appears behind the Ox King, knocking his legs out from under him. The tumbling Ox King lands on Genma before he can manage to get out of the way, however, and Genma is forced to tap out in order to regain access to air.

Pamput vs. Tatewaki Kuno

Pamput and Kuno both spend the duration of the match exchanging pompous, flowery boasts and demonstrations of their might by attacking the ring rather than one another. Kuno slices several chunks out of the walls, Pamput punches and kicks holes into the floor, and Kuno chops up the bits of floor as they fly toward him to demonstrate his speed. Time runs out and both are disqualified. They continue to argue about who is cooler and more popular with the ladies until long after sunset regardless.

Soun Tendo vs. Mr. Satan

Mr. Satan begins the match by putting Soun in a wrestling lock and then smacking him against the ground with a German Suplex. Soun recovers, but is quickly punched cleanly across his jaw. Mr. Satan turns his back on Soun to stoke the crowd into an uproar and show off his muscles. Soun looks to the section his friends and family are sitting in and, through teary eyes, sees Kasumi hold up a placard reading "You Can Do It, Father!" Soun steels his resolve, pushes every bit of his battle aura to the limit, and transforms into a giant samurai complete with katana and armour. The audience's mouths agape and lots among them pointing behind him, Mr. Satan turns around to see the spectacle for himself. Mr. Satan unleashes a hilariously sickening scream and begins sputtering and sobbing while begging for his reputation, or at least his life. Giant Samurai Soun picks Mr. Satan up and flicks him out of the ring like a bug, claiming the match.

Akane Tendo vs. Videl

The two exchange blows furiously and seem to be dead even for a time, each landing an occasional punch or kick amid skillful blocking and dodging. Videl holds back from flying so as to avoid tipping her father off that she can do so, but eventually comes to accept that she'll simply have to if she's to gain any sort of advantage. Unsure of what to do and quickly losing confidence, Akane panics and suffers multiple swooping attacks from Videl. Ranma, seeing this and wanting to snap Akane out of it, calls out that an uncute, unsexy tomboy like her shouldn't have a problem beating someone like Videl. A now furious Akane grabs a chunk of the ring left over from Pamput and Kuno's "match" and flings it at Ranma, only for Videl to inadvertently fly in the rock's trajectory. A swift kick to the chunk from Videl sends it flying back Akane's way, Akane is struck and knocked out, and Videl claims victory.

Final Result:

4 wins for Ranma 1/2, 4 wins for Dragonball, 2 draws; the tournament is a draw.

Shizuo from Durarara vs Pre-timeskip Sanji from One Piece is something I'd love to see.
