I confessed to this one guy. I had no idea if he really understood my confession or if he simply didn't care cause he didn't really give an answer? He seemed shocked I had feelings for him but he didn't really accept or reject my confession. I still hung around him though and later I told him I still had feelings for him and that time asked what he felt about me? Turned out he had feelings for me for some time but was too shy to say anything and didn't know what to do. Then I asked him to go out with me and we still together for a few years now~

This thread is depressing as hell. You would think female Otaku's would have it way easier than your male counterparts.Im sure at least 50% of you are probably moderately attractive with a little work though, just do your best!

I know no one cares, because of the hardware i'm packing, but I have. As much as I hate this phrase, I got friendzoned. It was wayyyyyyyyy back in high school. She knew I liked her, I come right out and said it. that time.

Rant on that here because i'm not some dirty neckbeard :

I made her some origami flowers out of some really fancy papers ($12 for a pack of 10, origami was a big thing for me while I wasn't sleeping through class) and hot glued the fuckers to the stems of some of those fake cloth/plastic flowers after cutting them off.

I was 16, poor, and she said she hated chocolate.

She shot me down. I hear she still keeps them though.

Here's something cute for reading

Yes, but it was online if that still counts as brave.

When I was 13~14, I developed a crush on one of my online friends (from a game) that was a year younger than me and in another country. I'd never even seen him and he wouldn't give out his name, but I loved his personality, and I flirted and threw myself at him but it never really worked because he was shy. We had an awkward on-again off-again flirty friendship throughout our teen years online and would often lose contact for months. When I was around 17~18, I hadn't heard from him in forever and he tracked me down, our friendship rekindled and I found out I still really really liked him, a lot more than I'd ever liked a guy offline. (I'd dated and it was meh.)

It was super cheesy but I proposed to him in the game we met on, we played it for months on a nostalgia trip, we Skyped, my feelings were finally properly returned, and we arranged to meet in real life. We had a long distance cross-border relationship for years, and I moved in with him when I was 22 and started the immigration process.

I'm 24 now and we have a son.

That or they don't want an internet relationship. Such things are not for some people.

Or a majority of otaku girls are just as awkward and unattractive as a majority of the males.
