WASHINGTON (WJZ)—The D.C.-Metro area got a nasty taste of what’s to come this weekend. Chaos on the roads prevailed — after just an inch of snow fell Wednesday night.

Ahhhahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahahaha

God damn Washington DC, what the fuck is wrong with you all?

This is how the almighty Washington D.C reacts to one measly inch of snow? Damn, what a bunch of pansies.

Methinks they wouldn't survive in the U.P.

What is right with washington dc? Corrupt, high violence, and military bases can be sieged by someone with a pistol.

As someone from New Year, I find it hilarious when everyone overreacts after just an inch of snow. I can't possibly imagine what these people will be doing when the real storm hits this weekend.

The subway system in DC, which is mostly underground, announced that night that it would be closed all weekend.

Most of them are clueless when it comes to snow

Can't say much for DC since I figure they are far north enough that they should be able to handle a good bit of snow, but an inch or more an' ATL roads are shut down. No school or anything, but then again we don't get snow we just get fun lovable ice! Hurray for Iceball fights and Ice angels, don't forget the lovable huggable iceman! ! wooh!

DC (and the DC metro area) is notorious for not handling snow well, for not having what is truly needed to handle snowstorms, despite getting several snowstorms a year (minimum).

Heh, right now they're looking at upwards of 2 feet of snow with the incoming blizzard.
